Description
Our beautiful forester's house houses a very cosy holiday flat on a generous 85 sqm, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, complete underfloor heating, Spanish tiles, exposed half-timbering and ceiling beams and with everything you need to live. An ideal feel-good place for families, seniors and anyone else, it can accommodate up to 6 people. In our spacious courtyard, children have plenty of room to run around, a large sandpit, a giant trampoline and a playhouse with swings for big and small. The entrance and courtyard side offer seating and lounging possibilities in the sun and space for cosy barbecue evenings. When it rains, a TV, board games, lots of children's toys and books ensure an entertaining time.
The offer includes almost complete infant equipment at no extra cost:
Baby bath, potty, toilet seat, children's stool in the bathroom, children's cutlery/crockery, lots of toys, children's books, CDs, car seat as booster seat, rocking horse, up to 2 children's travel beds (please state need in advance), duvet and pillow (please state need in advance), up to 2 children's high chairs (please state need in advance), baby food warmer can also be provided on request
Games and books for grown-ups are also available.

The kitchen equipment is almost complete: Dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob and extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, stainless steel sink, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, thermos flask, mixer, bread basket, butter churn, Hand towel, tea towels, oven mitts, sufficient crockery and cutlery, breakfast boards, cooking pots, pans, bowls, measuring cups, juice/wine/beer glasses, bottle/can opener, scissors, etc.
Many consumables are usually always available as starter packs: Washing-up liquid, hand soap, dishcloths, pot sponges, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, aluminium foil/fresh foil, baking paper, sugar, salt, spices (pepper, nutmeg, paprika, curry), coffee, filter doors, tea.

The idyllic location in the forest and at the landscape conservation area belies the real proximity to surrounding places such as Warnemünde, Stralsund, Wismar, Güstrow, Waren/Müritz, Ribnitz/Damgarten, Rügen and Fischland/Darß. All excursion options in the surrounding area are within easy reach. Nature lovers get their money's worth from hiking and jogging. Newly developed cycling and hiking trails lead directly to the long white Baltic Sea beaches. Own beach accesses also invite horse riders and dog owners to visit. It is an 8-minute drive by car to the closest beach access in Markgrafenheide.
Nearby are 2 shopping markets, bakery, restaurant and coffee shop Kaufhaus Stolz, savings bank, pharmacy, 2 dentists, 1 general practitioner, flower shop, gift shop with post office, solarium, physiotherapy, casino and railway station with connections to Rostock and Graal-Müritz as well as bus stops.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
From 90 days before arrival, 30% of the travel price is due, from 60 days before, 50%, from 30 days before, 70%, and for unannounced no-show, 90% is due. Unused periods will be attempted to be rebooked. If successful, the guest will be released from cancellation costs. Cancellation must be communicated to the landlords in writing by regular mail, stating the reason. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Forest, Baltic Sea Hanseatic Cities - it doesn't get better than this!
We spent a relaxing week in the beautiful vacation apartment. With two wheelchairs, we were well accommodated in the well-designed, spacious apartment. Rostock, the Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the Amber Museum, the Maritime Museum in Rostock - all within reach and very interesting. And especially great, the forest at the door and the tranquility. Thank you very much to the Ahrens family.

Simply beautiful
We were greeted warmly and openly by the landlady at the gate and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is surprisingly high inside and therefore feels pleasantly airy, even when it's a little warmer. The fly screens in the bedroom and kitchen were great, so we could keep the windows open at night. The entire vacation apartment is really spacious. It doesn't come across in the online pictures how big the apartment is. The kitchen has everything you need. Many spices, salt, etc. were already available. For those traveling with children, we can definitely recommend the apartment. Lots of DVDs, books, games, shelves full, rocking horse, etc. everything was thought of. In front of the apartment there are 2 large trampoline devices and a children's slide. The car parking space is generously designed on the fenced property. From the apartment, there are many excursion possibilities and in the evening you have peace in the middle of the forest. We spent 14 truly relaxing days here. Thanks to the landlords who gave us this opportunity.

perfect for families
We stayed with our 6 year old son and our 8 month old daughter for 1 week with the Ahrens family and had a great holiday.
The flat is equipped with everything you need (baby/children's high chair, baby bath, travel cot, games, books, children's toys, children's crockery, children's cutlery...), the available washing machine was also a great help to us. There were even various spices and teas. :-)
The peace and quiet in the middle of the forest is fantastic. The children's playground in the garden is super practical.
The area is fenced off so that the kids can play alone in the garden.
The landlords were very friendly and helpful.
We would come back anytime! :-)
