This completely new and cosily furnished apartment in Koserow on the island of Usedom is available for rent all year round.
It is modernly furnished and suitable for 2-4 people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The flat is on the ground floor and is completely furnished with laminate and tiles.
The living room is equipped with a corner couch, armchair, coffee table, reading lamp and a sideboard.
If required, the couch can be pulled out and used as a sofa bed for 2 people.
A flat screen TV, blueray player and radio/CD are available. The dining area with 4 chairs offers enough space.
From the living room you have direct access to the large covered south-east balcony with chairs, table and parasol
Adjacent is the open kitchen area with fridge and 3-star freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine
The kitchen is equipped with complete inventory (dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
In the bedroom there is a double bed 2,00 x 2,00 m,
Bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe
The bedroom is absolutely quiet and equipped with a TV.
An extra bed is available if required at no extra cost.
Roller blinds on the windows provide sufficient darkening.

The village of Koserow is situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom. The flat is located on the southern upper edge of the village, directly on the coastal forest. Quiet, no through traffic, neighbourhood mainly holiday flats. A short path through a sparse beech forest and stairs built into the steep bank lead to the fine sandy, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach. The location in the centre of the island offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours

The cycle path runs along Usedom's Baltic coast. The central location of the flat is ideal for discovering the numerous sights and natural beauties of Usedom on short excursions by bike. A beautiful vacation on the island of Usedom
Very nice holiday apartment in Koserow/Usedom.
Top equipment. We didn't miss anything. The furnishings are new and tasteful.
We felt very comfortable. WLAN, HD-TV, everything is there.
The location is quiet and yet close to the beach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
Supermarket, Karls-Erdbeerhof, restaurants, Inselkaufhaus Stolz, and the Usedomer Bäderbahn train station can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. All around a great place for a very successful stay on the island of Usedom.

Great holiday apartment in Koserow
We spent our summer vacation in this really great holiday apartment. The furnishings are like new. The equipment is complete. We didn't miss anything. The location is very quiet. The Wi-Fi works well. It's only a few hundred meters walk to the beach by the cliff. Shopping options, as well as Karls Erdbeerhof or the Inselkaufhaus Stolz, are reachable in about a 10-minute walk. We felt very comfortable all around and would gladly come back.
