Description
The flats are four new houses built in 2011 on the ground floor with terrace or on the 1st floor with balcony with a total of 8 flats. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a south-facing terrace or balcony with seating furniture, two separate bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. Both bedrooms have two beds each, one as a double bed, one as two single beds or a double bed. The furnishings are functional and of high quality, including a toaster, coffee machine, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer compartment, partial oven and washing machine, drying rack. Daylight bathroom. The distance to the beach of Koserow is only about 600m (beach exit with stairs).
The flat is ideally suited for families, but also for adults travelling together. On request, a small sauna is available in one flat (for an extra charge). We are happy to welcome your four-legged furry nose in some flats by prior arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the southern part of Koserow with a view of the coastal forest from the south-facing terraces or balconies. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy beach (approx. 600m) within 15 minutes. Beach access via long steel staircase. For disabled persons with chair lift (key). All shopping facilities, village centre, bicycle rental within walking distance (300 m). Koserow, situated about halfway between Karlshagen and Ahlbeck, at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, is unique and varied in its natural features. Whether bathing enthusiasts, sailors, surfers, hikers or cyclists, everyone can get their money's worth here.
The highest elevation on the island of Usedom, the Streckelsberg with its 60 m height, is particularly attractive. From its steep bank, the observer has a wonderful view of the sea.
From here, on a clear day, you can see the hills of Mönchgut on the island of Rügen to the west; and often the chalk cliffs of Stubbenkammer. Looking northwest, you can see the island of Oie, which attracts attention especially in the evening with the flashing lights of its lighthouse. If you look in a south-easterly direction, you can see the steep shores of the neighbouring island of Wollin.

Great holiday in the sun in a classy atmosphere
Truly a great apartment. Mrs. Siedler is very kind and helpful. Especially for our rascal, the direct access to the coastal forest was fantastic. We will gladly come back!
