Our non-smoking flat has a size of approx. 65m² and is intended for 4 persons. Extra beds are possible with a maximum of 2 further persons and a cot. The beautiful beach is about 150 m away and there is a small playground about 50 m away. The flat is on the 1st floor and has a sunny south-facing balcony. For the duration of your stay, we provide you with a free parking space directly in front of the house. There is also a lockable storage facility for bicycles. These are stored in a wooden house which belongs only to this flat. The flat is well equipped and there is a 42" flat screen TV for unadulterated TV enjoyment. All floors are tiled or covered with laminate. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available to our guests.
In the interest of our guests with allergic complaints, we ask for your understanding that we do not allow pets in our flat.

Location and surroundings of object
Top location! Only about 150 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The flat is located in a newly built area at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Between the flat and the Baltic Sea is a narrow strip of forest along the Baltic Sea. So ideal for jogging, walking, etc. The nearest restaurants and shops are about 500 metres away. There is a small, quiet playground about 100 metres away, which is suitable for families with small children. The Baltic resort of Rerik is located directly on the Baltic Sea coast in the Mecklenburg Bay between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The well-known seaside resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are only 10 and 20 minutes by car from Rerik.
Rerik owes its appeal to its unique location. On the one hand, it offers bathers direct access to the sea at its beaches, while on the other hand, the salt lagoon, off which the Wustrow peninsula is located, invites visitors to enjoy a wide range of leisure activities such as surfing, sailing and fishing with its very own character.
Rerik offers a shallow-sloping sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for children, and is characterised by a unique cliff landscape, which allows magnificent panoramic views of the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff.
Because of its calm seas, the Salzhaff is one of the most popular surfing and sailing areas on the Baltic Sea.
The area around Rerik also offers many opportunities for hiking, horseback riding and cycling holidays. (Rerik is a stage destination on the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route)

The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished, there is plenty of everything. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. We felt very comfortable in this quiet flat and can recommend it without reservation. The location in Rerik is just great. Mr Gunnemann was also very helpful and contacted us immediately. Pure relaxation and 5 stars!
We would like to thank you for the wonderful time we spent in your holiday apartment. It is very lovingly and purposefully furnished, and we found everything we needed for daily living. Our daughter especially enjoyed her own room in the attic with all the toys. After a few days of rain, we also had some nice weather to relax on the beach and go swimming.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Ferienunterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Lage zum schönen Naturstrand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und erholsam in einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackgasse. Sehr erholsam ist auch der Wald direkt am Strand. In etwa 50 m ist ein kleiner Spielplatz der aber nicht stört. Man hört stattdessen bei Wellengang sogar das rauschen des Meeres in der Wohnung.

- Die Möglichkeit sehr gut und viel Rad zu fahren
shopping facilities: Die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in ca. 500 m Entfernung. Am Ort ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Auch Ärzte und eine Apotheke sind in unmittelbarer Nähe am Ort.
