It is a modern, comfortable, well-equipped non-smoking holiday home with 4 apartments of 50 m² each for up to 4 people and a bookable single room
The flats have a fully equipped kitchen, daylight bathroom and a view of the Baltic Sea from the flats are fully equipped with underfloor heating. The floors have parquet or the flats are suitable for allergy sufferers, so we cannot accommodate pets. Each flat has a parking space directly in front of the house
To end the day in a cosy atmosphere, there is a barbecue and campfire area, a small playground, a table tennis table and a playground with beach chairs.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of Kühlungsborn. Kägsdorf is located about 3.5 km from Kühlungsborn below Germany's highest lighthouse 'Buk' in Bastdorf. Kägsdorf is a holiday village with charm of new and old substance and has the newly renovated manor house 'von Bülow' as its centre. The beautiful sandy beach is about 900 m away. Excellent infrastructure and shopping facilities in Kühlungsborn. Many beautiful hiking trails and ideal for cycling tours (European Baltic Sea Cycle Route). The place is ideal for families with children (pony rides, petting and feeding animals) as well as holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet.
In the immediate vicinity of Kägsdorf are the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm, as well as Bad Doberan to the east and Rerik and the small Baltic Sea island of Poel to the west. Excursion destinations: * The European Cycle Route leads from Kägsdorf directly to the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn . * The narrow-gauge railway "Molli" connects the 3 Kühlungsborn stations West, Mitte and East and leads through the beautiful Baltic Sea landscape via Heiligendamm to Bad Doberan. * The Baltic resort of Heiligendamm can also be reached by bicycle via a paved cycle path from the marina in Kühlungsborn (approx. 7 km). * Rerik, right on the edge of the cliffs, is also easy to reach by bike (approx. 6 km). * The lighthouse with restaurant is an attraction for all those who want to see the SEA. * The overseas port in Rostock-Warnemünde with the famous Teepott is also worth a visit (approx. 30 km)

Rest and relaxation
We spent 2 weeks with the Walter family. The quiet location and the friendliness of the landlord, who was always available for questions, are particularly worth mentioning. Kägsdorf is a small village, and many excursion possibilities are quickly reachable by car, such as Kühlungsborn, Rerik (on the Salzhaff) with a harbor, Schwerin, Wismar, and others! The nearest beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Very nice, recommendable holiday apartment. Very nice host. It was only a short vacation, but very relaxing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very cozy. The property is well-maintained and comfortable. There is a parking space in the courtyard for each apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a shed. Kägsdorf is a quiet but therefore relaxing place.

Family Welcome
We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Walter and stayed in a beautifully located, very clean, and cozy holiday apartment. From the bedroom, we could enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. Due to the absolutely quiet location, the children could play on the spacious playground in front of the house or watch the animals in the neighborhood on their own.
Mr. Walter always had an open ear and plenty of "insider tips" for activities in the area. The holiday home and the apartments are lovingly cared for, whether through a small restaurant guide by guests for guests, a few shovels for a spontaneous beach visit, or the many personal information about the country and its people. A small kiosk has fresh bread daily, and in the fully equipped kitchen or the barbecue area, you can also cater for yourself very well. Kägsdorf with its beach and the nearby lighthouse, as well as Kühlungsborn, invite you to excursions and long walks at any time of the year. Thanks to the numerous play options on the beaches of the resorts, even the little ones can have fun.
We thank the family for a great and eventful week and will definitely come back!

Rest in peace.
Quiet rural location, house very clean, well equipped, friendly welcome from the landlord, always attentive, short walk to the beach (10 min).

Great holiday flat with very friendly landlord
We have just returned from our very relaxing holiday on the Baltic coast in Kägsdorf (between Rerik and Kühlungsborn).
Despite somewhat changeable weather, we were able to enjoy our stay in the very beautiful holiday flat. Our landlord, Mr Walter, was always happy to answer questions and gave us great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. An ideal starting point for cyclists
