Quietly situated holiday flat with balcony - time out for up to 4 people
The approx. 51 sqm flat is located on the top floor of the flat house. There is a small wardrobe in the hallway.
The spacious LIVING and EATING AREA is furnished with a sofa and 2 armchairs. The sofa can also be used as an extra bed for the 3rd & 4th person (lying surface 160x200 cm). Flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. At the dining table you can have breakfast together or use the evening for board games.
The open-plan KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. This includes a fridge with freezer compartment, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many other cooking utensils.
The interior BATHROOM has a shower, WC, washbasin and mirror.
In the BEDROOM there is a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. From here you have a small sea view.
Bed linen can be booked for 12 euros and towels for 8.50 euros p.p..
You can park your car on the farm's own car park (1 parking space per flat). Bicycles can also be parked here.

Location and surroundings of object
The tranquil community of Kägsdorf is within sight of the Baltic Sea, between Rerik and Kühlungsborn. The flat house with the holiday flats is embedded in a green area. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Kägsdorf is the place for you. The village is surrounded by fields, cycle paths and hiking trails. It is about one kilometre to the natural beach. Here you can watch the sunset over the Mecklenburg Bay on warm summer evenings.
Nevertheless, there should be no lack of tourist attractions and amenities, as the well-known seaside resort of Kühlungsborn is only about 4 kilometres away. Ideal to reach by bike. Here you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities as well as doctors and pharmacies. Stroll through the many small shops or along the promenade. The famous Molli narrow-gauge railway also starts from Kühlungsborn. It goes full steam ahead via Heiligendamm to Bad Doberan. A highlight that belongs to every holiday here.
Further southwest lies Rerik (7 km), between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. An ideal starting point for sporting activities on the water. Thanks to the two water areas, it is suitable for beginners as well as advanced sailors. A detour to the Hanseatic and UNESCO World Heritage city of Wismar (40 km) is also worthwhile. On the way is the small island of Poel (38 km), which is great to explore by bike.
