The hygienic cleaning is included in the results of the price calculator and falls in several weeks stay only once.
The new tax is included in the price. The rent was not increased during the last 6 years!
5% discount for more weeks stay.
For pets, a surcharge of 20 € per animal and per week is charged.
Use of the gas-fired central heating € 10 per day. For longer stays, a reading for claims to be processed.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

L'Escala excepting very few cases in the beginning has not been affected by Covid-19.
Although the security mesures welcoming and saying goodbye to guests with distance and mask will be apllied for the good health and security of everyone. The guest are asked to bring masks with them.
A Covid-19 certified cleaning company will clean and desinfect the living space, pool, terrace and garden furniture before and after your stay.

Beautiful, well-maintained house in a good location

Good amenities. Good location. Everything is within walking distance. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. Parking is sufficient right in front of the door. The pool is relatively small, but we enjoyed the pool and the terrace every day. Beds are very good. We had a very nice vacation and can recommend the house.

Beautiful vacation

We were here in the house for 14 days in the summer of 2022. The landlord is incredibly nice and accommodating.
We had wonderful days there. There are many different beaches (1 main beach, several smaller coves) with very clear water. Our recommendation is clearly the smaller coves with pebble beach. The pool at the house is also perfect!
We would come back anytime and can only recommend the house.

Great holiday flat, nice village

We felt very comfortable on our holiday with Mr Jankowski. He is totally courteous and caring, even left us treats to start us off. It is possible to contact him at any time. The location of the holiday flat is ideal. You can reach everything you need on foot, several bakeries, supermarkets and also the beach with promenade. The village is very cute and invites you to browse through the many alleys. I deducted one star for the furnishings, as the available dining table does not offer enough space to sit with several people, although the flat is designed for six people.

Highly recommended

Very clean accommodation. Complete equipment, especially in the kitchen.
Centrally located so everything within walking distance. The pool is a great place to cool down. The pool offers excellent cooling. Parking for larger cars is available directly in front of the property. The landlord is very nice and always available.

Anytime again

We, 3 adults, were totally thrilled with the Casalila and the landlord. The house is very central and yet quiet. The beach, grocery shop and restaurants are all within walking distance. We were able to use the pool in May. There is nothing to complain about, even the mattresses were very back-friendly. What we also liked and used was the bike rental just around the corner to explore the beautiful area.

Wonderful vacation, just as described.

We are a family with two children (17 and 14 years old) and spent our summer vacation in L'Escala in 2016. The house looks beautiful - just as it's called - "Casalila". It is located in a central location in L'Escala, and the beach is easily accessible in 10 minutes (walk). The surrounding area is characterized by residential buildings and offers a relaxing sleep. If you are looking for some evening entertainment, you can find it on the beach, with numerous shops, restaurants, and the world's best ice cream!!! On Sundays, there is a large Spanish market where you can buy everything you need (food or souvenirs, handbags, shoes, etc.). We found the house very clean and as described before, everything was perfect. The owner was always concerned about our well-being and also gave us great tips about the region. Thank you, Peter!!! The pool was a daily highlight for our two kids. The Costa Brava is an incredibly beautiful spot in Spain, we really enjoyed the climate (pleasantly dry and warm). We will vacation there again.

Entspannung pur

As a family of four with two 18-year-old children, we were drawn to the very diverse and beautiful town of L'Escala for the third time. After rather modest experiences with two other rental properties, we arrived at Casalila this time somewhat skeptical (concerning cleanliness and ants). The landlord (a very friendly gentleman) greeted us personally and showed us around our holiday home where we spent the next three weeks. To our great surprise, the house was in a very clean condition. There were no ants, and even when moving the couch (as I have a very pronounced sense of cleanliness), I found no dust. Perfect, the holiday could begin without having to clean the house, just as one would wish. The house offers everything you need to feel comfortable. The pool is wonderful and always clean because the not at all spartan landlord constantly runs the pump. The reduced chlorine demand benefited our skin. The central yet quiet location allowed us to have a car-free holiday. The beach and promenade, as well as the old town with its numerous evening events, were easily reachable in about 15 minutes. The landlord always cared about our well-being without being intrusive and gave us good tips regarding great restaurants and excursion destinations. All in all, it was a great vacation that we all enjoyed very much. We will definitely not choose another house in this place.

Wonderful vacation in a friendly atmosphere

Holiday time June 2013

We have been to Escala several times and felt very comfortable in Casalila. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom could be a bit bigger, but otherwise it was okay. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were okay. The house was very centrally located, and you could easily reach everything on foot. Not far away was a bicycle shop, so you could also rent a bike. The pool was always a nice refreshment for us after a day at the beach. The landlord was very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. We were a couple and would love to come back next year.

TOP Vacation in a very pleasant location

Beautiful and spacious apartment, well-equipped (new bathroom and kitchen). We stayed there with our two almost adult children and had a very good time. Lovely pool, great barbecue, and peaceful location made our holiday very relaxing both at and around the house. Well located, as everything is within walking distance (beach, old town, shops) - the top spot was the fish store about 150m away. Fresh fish on the grill - sensational. Remarkably nice: the landlord, always concerned about our well-being, accommodating, yet unobtrusive and discreet. All in all, a very good choice and absolutely recommendable with a very good value for money.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wir sind überwiegend vor Ort geblieben. Girona, Barcelona und Figueres sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu Besichtigungen und Ausflügen.
