WELCOME to the holiday homes ⚓☀️ Ankerplatz-Makkum!

Awaiting you is our lovingly furnished holiday home Wasserperle (4-5 people) with direct water access / private jetty and canoe.
The house features a living area with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest WC, a storage room, and a sauna on the 1st floor.
From the living room you reach the terrace with awning, sunshade, windbreak, and barbecue facilities.
Enjoy the peace and go fishing or swimming from your own jetty.
A canoe is available for free use – of course, you are also welcome to bring your own boat or jet ski to explore the Ijsselmeer (400m) or the many canals in the area.
Available bicycles and scooters as well as games may be used – without guarantee.
A motorboat that does not require a license can also be requested through us.
At a distance of 200 m you can rent bicycles, e-bikes, go-karts, kayaks, electric boats, and SUPs. Surf schools and suitable equipment are available at the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the Beach Resort Makkum with a jetty and direct access to the water/Ijsselmeer.
The park features playgrounds, a play meadow for various activities, and a spacious mini-golf course.
Go-karts, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, electric boats, SUPs, bicycles, and e-scooters can be rented in the park. A motorboat can also be rented from us.
The sandy beach borders the park and is only a few hundred meters from the house – there is no ebb and flow here, but fresh water.
The beach offers a wide range of water sports (surfing, catamaran sailing, kite surfing with corresponding courses and rental options) and extensive opportunities for leisure activities. In the shallow fresh water, children also get their money's worth.
Makkum – also known as the "Gateway to the Wadden Sea" – is a small fishing village on the IJsselmeer coast of Friesland with a harbor and canal connection to the larger towns of Sneek and Bolsward.
From the nearby seaport of Harlingen, ship/day tours to the nearby islands of Texel, Vlieland, and Terschelling are possible.

Best choice in a long time......;-)
Everything was great, we felt comfortable from the beginning and spent a nice break in the cozy vacation home. Pleasant contact with the hostess; overall uncomplicated handling - we would love to come back.
