A warm welcome to the Makkum holiday home – your perfect home for a relaxing family vacation on the Dutch coast! The spacious house offers 100 m² of space for up to 6 guests and impresses with its friendly atmosphere. Enjoy relaxing hours in the well-kept garden or on the sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture – ideal for shared meals outdoors. Your dog is warmly welcome with us, so that animal family members do not have to stay at home. Located directly on the canal, with its own boat dock and open connection to the IJsselmeer, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach.
The house has two private parking spaces and is exclusively for non-smokers. With approximately 100 sqm of living space, the house offers ample room for families, couples, sports enthusiasts, and a relaxing holiday. The location is quiet, child-friendly, and perfect for water sports, walks, or simply relaxing. Thanks to the good Wi-Fi, it is also suitable for workation. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: stove with extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and plenty of dishes are available. Fresh bed linen is included, as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer. A crib is available for small guests.
In the living area, TV, radio, and satellite reception provide entertainment, and thanks to free Wi-Fi, you are always connected. Experience unforgettable days in Makkum – your vacation starts here!

Great vacation right by the IJsselmeer
In the middle of the beach resort Makkum, where you have everything for a great family vacation in one place. Beach just a few minutes' walk away, stand-up paddling in the canals, fishing at your own dock, mini-golf or table tennis right in front of the house. A great playground with a small petting zoo at the campsite De Holle Poarte is also just a short walk along the beach away. Here, there is also a beach soccer field and a surf school. The beach resort as an ideal starting point for bike trips in the surrounding area (our tip: the small fishing village of Hindeloopen 16 km away) or strolling in Makkum or in the neighboring town of Bolsward.

Felt so good on vacation!
A really beautiful house with great amenities and nice landlords. The beach is about 1 km away. With a small child, bikes or a cart are definitely practical. We felt very comfortable there and would come back anytime. We especially noticed the cleanliness – there is really nothing to complain about here.

Very nice vacation at the Ijsselmeer. Highly recommended.
We were in the holiday home during the summer vacation. Everything was wonderful. The house very clean and very well equipped. Nothing was missing.
The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Playground, mini-golf, table tennis, boat rental, and bicycle rental directly across from the house. The house has its own pier, which invites fishing. From the private pier, you can also access the many canals where you can go boating, stand-up paddling, etc. The beach and the shallow water are particularly suitable for children and water sports enthusiasts. The surf school and a beach soccer field are also available. A petting zoo is also easily reachable with a short walk. The beach promenade is beautiful and invites you to watch the sunset or enjoy the cozy restaurants and bars. All in all, it was a super nice vacation. Many thanks to the Kunert family.

Dreamlike vacation right by the IJsselmeer – Absolute recommendation!
We just spent a week at the vacation home Langezand 15 and are absolutely thrilled. Anyone looking for relaxation, water, and a laid-back atmosphere is exactly right here.
The vacation home
Our house was an absolute stroke of luck. Particularly noteworthy are:
The location: Directly by the water with its own dock – perfect for enjoying the first coffee in the morning with a view of the canals.
Amenities: Nothing was missing. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and everything was spotless upon arrival.
Cozy atmosphere: The open living area with large windows provides great light and pure vacation feeling, even when the weather is typically Dutch.
The resort & surroundings
The entire resort is very well maintained and spacious.
Proximity to the beach: Just a short walk and you are at the wide sandy beach of the IJsselmeer. The shallow water is ideal for children or for wind and kite surfing. Leisure: Whether bike rental, boat hire, or the charming restaurants in the village of Makkum – you have the perfect mix of tranquility and activity options.
Conclusion:
We will definitely come back! It was the perfect break from everyday life. A big thank you to the landlords for this unforgettable stay.

Wir waren in den Sommerferien in dem Ferienhaus. Alles war wunderbar. Das Haus sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat nix gefehlt.
Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Spielplatz, Minigolf, Tischtennis, Bootsverleih und Fahrradverleih direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Am Haus ist ein eigener Steg, der zum Angeln einlädt. Vom eigenen Steg geht es auch in die vielen Grachten wo man Bootfahren, Stand Up Paddeln usw. machen kann.
Der Strand und das flache Wasser ist besonders geeignet für Kinder und Wassersportler. Die Surfschule und ein Beachsoccerfeld ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ein Streichelzoo ist auch durch ein kleinen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen.
Die Strandpromenade ist schön und läd zum schauen vom Sonnenuntergang oder in die gemütlichen Restaurant und Bars ein.
Alles im allen war es ein super schöner Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Kunert.

Mitten im Beachresort Makkum wo man alles für einen tollen Familienurlaub an einem Ort hat. Strand in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt, Stand Up Paddeling in den Grachten, Angeln am eigenen Steg, Minigolf oder Tischtennis direkt vorm Haus. Ein toller Spielplatz mit kleinem Streichelzoo auf dem Campingplatz De Holle Poarte auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang am Strand entlang entfernt. Hier gibt es auch einen Beachsoccer-platz und eine Surfschule.
Das Beachresort als idealer Startpunkt für Fahrradausflüge in die Umgebung (unser Tipp: das kleine Fischerdorf Hindeloopen in 16km Entfernung) oder bummeln in Makkum bzw. im Nachbarort Bolsward.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und netten Vermietern.
Der Strand ist ungefähr 1 km entfernt. Mit einem kleinen Kind sind Fahrräder oder ein Bollerwagen auf jeden Fall praktisch.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir haben gerade eine Woche im Ferienhaus Langezand 15 verbracht und sind restlos begeistert. Wer Erholung, Wasser und eine entspannte Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Das Ferienhaus
Unser Haus war ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Besonders hervorzuheben sind:
Die Lage: Direkt am Wasser gelegen mit eigenem Steg – perfekt, um morgens den ersten Kaffee mit Blick auf die Grachten zu genießen.
Ausstattung: Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und alles war bei Ankunft blitzsauber.
Gemütlichkeit: Der offene Wohnbereich mit den großen Fensterfronten sorgt für ein tolles Licht und Urlaubsfeeling pur, selbst wenn das Wetter mal typisch niederländisch ist.
Das Resort & Umgebung
Das gesamte Resort ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig.
Strandnähe: Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist am breiten Sandstrand des IJsselmeers. Das flache Wasser ist ideal für Kinder oder zum Wind- und Kitesurfen.
Freizeit: Ob Fahrradverleih, Bootsmiete oder die charmanten Restaurants im Dorf Makkum – man hat die perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten.
Fazit:
Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Es war die perfekte Auszeit vom Alltag. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Tipp: Unbedingt ein Boot mieten und das Resort vom Wasser aus erkunden!
