Description
Our Schakelvilla located in one of the most beautiful holiday parks in the Netherlands - the BEACH RESORT MAKKUM directly on the IJsselmeer. It has three bedrooms, a living area of 100 sqm, a land of about 350 square meters and is for max. 6 persons equipped. The site is located directly on the water (canal) and has its own about 9 m long jetty with bathing ladder and an additional terrace (about 12 sqm).
Enjoy the quiet location, go fishing on the pier or swim right outside the front door. The house is tastefully decorated and functional to make you feel immediately at home.
The sandy beach is adjacent to a park, only a few hundred meters from the house. You can also bring your own boat or your jet ski to explore many channels / canals around the IJsselmeer Lake or. (Depth of water in the park from 50 to 80 cm) or surfing / kite simply on the "flat" IJsselmeer.
On the ground floor of our house is the spacious living area with a new modern gas fireplace, a kitchen with a large oven, dishwasher, high chair, etc., a guest toilet and utility room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs are three bedrooms / bedroom 1 - double bed 180 x 200 + TV + cot // Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds 100x200 + 90x200 + TV / Bedroom 3 - double bed 140 x 200 and a bathroom with toilet / shower / bath ,

Location and surroundings of object
On Beach Resort Makkum has 3 playgrounds, a playground for different activities (football, volleyball, badminton, etc.), 2 all-weather tennis courts and a generous mini golf course. At the reception building you can rent various things continue: electric bikes, children's bikes, go-karts, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, electric boats, SUP's. Small motor boats and sloops can be rented from an external landlord. Next to the reception there is also a fitness center.
In the reception there is a small souvenir shop, play facilities (eg pool table, air hockey, etc.) and a snack bar where you can eat different foods or even take. (Pasta pasta pizza, salads, etc.). Here it is also possible to order fresh bread daily.
Swim at the nearby beach and enjoy the well into the sea very shallow waters.
Or book one of the surfing lessons offered.
In Makkum find shops for daily needs. Supermarket, bakers, butchers, drugstore, tackle shop.
Additional information is found on the beach promenade, the marina and in Makkum lovely coffee shops and restaurants with different directions. Pizzeria-style cooking, Asian, fish and snack bars.
Experience a beautiful day of shopping in the nearby towns of Sneek, Workum or Harlingen.

Dear Goebel family,
we decided very spontaneously to go on vacation at IJsselmeer and luckily we found your holiday home. The journey was very long, but as soon as we arrived, our vacation started. Your house is so beautiful and lovingly furnished, everything you need is available, the beautiful terrace in the sunshine and not to forget the "Little Seagull". We often took the boat around the resort. Thank you for allowing us to spend a week's vacation in your little house, we have come home well-rested. We would love to come back anytime.

beautiful, relaxing and sunny vacation
Dear Goebel family,
we had a very, very nice, relaxing, and sunny vacation with you. We all felt very comfortable and enjoyed the wonderful tranquility and relaxation in this beautiful corner of the earth, where one doesn't want to leave anymore because you can really switch off and unwind.
But also the house... so beautiful and lovingly and modernly furnished, you immediately feel at home and nothing was missing, really absolutely nothing! Also, all the information and communication with you before the vacation... simply top quality.
We can only recommend this beautiful house with the best conscience and maybe we will see each other again one day?

Relaxing holiday in great surroundings
We are repeat offenders in this great house and like to come back. Tasteful and upscale furnishings/furnishings. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is here. Clean, tidy, lovingly furnished and everything perfectly usable. Nothing missing. Great welcome with a little greeting from the house. Great!
Communication with the landlords is quick and uncomplicated. The surroundings are wonderful, especially for our water sports family

beautiful and relaxing holiday
We had a lovely and relaxing holiday and tried to make use of the extensive equipment in the holiday home and what the resort had to offer. Whether sports or relaxation - everything was taken care of! Boredom is not an option! The house is clean and furnished with love. Nothing is missing!

Years ago, about 14 we spent for the first time our vacation in the Beach Resort Makkum and have since thrilled. Years ago, about 6, we then bought us a house in this park around there as often as possible to spend beautiful and relaxing times. In recent years, we have embellished our house gradually and lovingly decorated. We decided our house for rent now, so that others can enjoy this relaxation.
