Our luxurious Schakelvilla is located directly on the water with terrace and garden as well as jetty.
The holiday home comfortably accommodates 4 adults, 2 children and a toddler (living space: 100 sqm).
On the ground floor you will find:
A spacious entrance hall, toilet and storage room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and private Finnish sauna.
The living room is equipped with German 65 inch Smart-TV + Appe-TV 4, a sound bar and W-LAN (internet). The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Philips Airfryer, kettle, Senseo Duo coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, raclette and dining area.
Upstairs:
Here you will find 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm, a youth bed 90 x 190 cm and 1 Ikea cot - length 165cm, 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm and a cot and a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and bathtub as well as a hairdryer. Fixed stair gate!

The equipment of the house listed here is either included directly at the house or available at the holiday park. Makkum is located about 10 kilometres below the final dike (Afsluitdijk) on the Eiselmeer coast of Friesland. You will find peace and quiet and extensive landscapes, alternating with towns and villages worth seeing - and of course lots of water!
Makkum has always been a fishing village. There is still a small fishing fleet with Makkum as its harbour. In recent years, Makkum has become a tourist centre. This is because during the previous years there has been a lot of investment in a large marina, in the beach promenade and in holiday homes and holiday flats. Makkum is a village in the municipality of Wunseradiel (Wonseradeel).

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation, we retain the following amounts from the rental price depending on the time of cancellation. Should a cancellation occur, we will definitely find a mutually agreeable solution! We will always strive to arrange a replacement rental and in such a case, we would charge only the reduced revenue and a flat fee of 50.00 €. We would then waive the costs outlined below!!! Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 35% (but at least 50.00 €) Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 70% Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%

2021 Slide tower for children renewed, also a handcart is now available for guests, for emergencies there is now a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher, new 65" smart TV, harman/kardon soundbar and a QI charging mat for smartphones.
2022: WiiU game console and electric fireplace in the living room and 32" Smart TV in the bedroom

free time activities: Im Winter schwer zu beurteilen, dürften aber alleine im Park genügend vorhanden sein.
