The decisive factor is the time at which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. In the event of the tenant’s withdrawal from the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees will be charged: Withdrawal up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: 0% Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% The landlord is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship before or during the rental period without notice if, after a reminder, the tenant does not make the agreed payments at the agreed time or otherwise behaves in such a way that it is unreasonable for the landlord to continue the contractual relationship. In this case, the landlord may demand compensation from the tenant for expenses incurred up to the termination and for lost profits.
