The air-conditioned interior of the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed and television, as well as a modern bathroom with shower. A true summer idyll awaits you on the completely fenced, spacious, and well-kept property, where you can enjoy a private pool as well as a covered summer kitchen with grill and terrace for relaxing summer evenings. Guests have two parking spaces and a completely separate entrance at their disposal, which guarantees maximum comfort. The owner occasionally comes to the separate apartment to the left of the guest area, solely for the discreet maintenance of the pool and garden, while your privacy and desire for an undisturbed stay are fully respected.

The location perfectly combines nature, sea, and history – the nearest beach is only 5 kilometers away, which is just a few minutes by car. In just about ten minutes by car you can reach the ancient city of Pula, known for its majestic amphitheater (Arena) and the Temple of Augustus, as well as the charming Vodnjan, famous for its historic alleys, the Church of St. Blaise, and the fascinating mummies of Vodnjan. Krnica: The center of Krnica with small shopping facilities, restaurants, and traditional konobas is only a few kilometers away.
