Description
In an oasis of tranquility surrounded by greenery in Valtura near Pula, Villa Sirola perfectly combines traditional Istrian style with modern comfort. Situated on a spacious private plot of 840 m², this elegant villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with up to 8 people, whether with family or a group of friends. The villa consists of two buildings – the main living area and an additional building, which was originally intended as an indoor playroom but is currently closed. Nevertheless, facilities such as billiards and table football are available outdoors. The expansive garden also offers plenty of space for children to play. The central outdoor area includes a private saltwater pool (38 m²), sun loungers, a covered veranda, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill – the perfect place to enjoy balmy summer evenings. The interior of the villa is equally impressive: on the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with access to the terrace, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and direct access to the pool. Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TVs – one has a balcony, and one of the bedrooms offers the option to separate the beds as desired. With four private parking spaces, proximity to Pula, beaches, and sights of the southwest coast of Istria, Villa Sirola is an excellent choice for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and authentic Istrian charm. Note: Youth groups only on request.
