The lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers 32 m² of space for two guests and features a separate bedroom as well as a well-maintained bathroom with modern amenities. Start your day relaxed with a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee machine or tea from the kettle, both available in the well-equipped kitchenette. In the cozy living area, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or comfortably surf the internet thanks to free Wi-Fi.

After an eventful day in the Harz, the spacious terrace invites you to relax in comfortable garden furniture and enjoy the sun or take in the view of the greenery. The adjoining garden offers additional space to unwind. For longer stays, an iron is available, and tradespeople are also warmly welcome. The apartment is suitable exclusively for non-smokers and can also be rented long-term upon request.

Location description
The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area of Braunlage on the Hütteberg at approx. 600 m altitude and offers the perfect starting point for various activities in the Harz.
It is only about 400 meters to the valley station of the Wurmberg cable car as well as the ice stadium. You can also reach the town center of Braunlage with various restaurants on foot in about 500 meters.
