The bright, friendly and lovingly furnished flat is located on the first floor. It offers space for up to 6 people on 2 levels. Furthermore, the balcony offers the possibility to relax.

The Felix holiday flat is located in the centre of Braunlage. The centre, the spa gardens and the Wurmberg cable car are within walking distance. Braunlage - one of the most beautiful and lively places around Oberharz. The altitude of 600m - 1100 (Wurmbergkuppe) above sea level ensures a wonderful stay for winter sports enthusiasts (thanks to a modern artificial snow system) as well as for guests and residents seeking relaxation in the wonderfully healthy air in summer
Braunlage offers among other things

You have the possibility to book linen packages for your stay. You would then find made-up beds on arrival, towels and tea towels in the flat. The price per linen package is Euro 15.00 per person.
The beds have large mattresses and require 200x200cm fitted sheets.
Snow reliability is significantly increased due to the expansion of the Wurmberg area.

Nicht Sauber, Wohnug Stinkt!
Die Wohnung hatte folgende Mängel:
- Nicht Sauber, sämtliche oberflächen waren verschmutzt, eingestaubt, mit flecken oder abgenutzt
- Auf einem bett befanf sich der umriss vom einen urinfleck
- keine müllbeteuel oder gelbersack, die gabe es erst nach 4 tagen!
- wischlappen haben stark gestunken
- Staubsauger hat ebenfalls stark gestunken, der beutel war mehr als übervoll
-Fenster der "Logia", mit der aussicht waren ebenfalls nicht sauber
- Im kühlschrank befanden sich lebensmittel, die abgelaufen und verdorben waren. In der küche befand sich verpacktes brot, welches kein aktuelles MHD mehr hatte.
- Ausstattung der küche, nicht wirklich gut, und nicht sauber!
-In der ganzen wohnung befand sich ein ekelhafter geruch, der aus allen abflüssen kam. Es roch nach "Toilette", die rohre, abflüsse gaben alle gerüche frei. Dieser gestank hielt sich fast die ganze urlaubszeit, er würde aber mit de zeit etwas schwächer.
-Neben der wohnug würde ein haus komplett renoviert, von ca. 07:00 - 16:30 gab es baulärm
Falls fragen sein sollten, es kann alles dokumentiert werden.
Die ansprechpartner waren erreichbar, reagierten aber träge, dennoch gewillt.
