The bright, friendly and lovingly furnished flat is located on the first floor. It offers space for up to 6 people on 2 levels. Furthermore, the balcony offers the possibility to relax.

The Felix holiday flat is located in the centre of Braunlage. The centre, the spa gardens and the Wurmberg cable car are within walking distance. Braunlage - one of the most beautiful and lively places around Oberharz. The altitude of 600m - 1100 (Wurmbergkuppe) above sea level ensures a wonderful stay for winter sports enthusiasts (thanks to a modern artificial snow system) as well as for guests and residents seeking relaxation in the wonderfully healthy air in summer
Braunlage offers among other things

Up until 4 weeks before arrival, the booking can be canceled free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. From 4 weeks before arrival (less than 30 days), up to 80% of the accommodation price may be charged if the apartment is not re-rented.

Dogs are allowed in this flat and will be charged Euro 20,00 per dog and stay.
The deposit is Euro 50,00 once.
You have the possibility to book linen packages for your stay. You would then find made-up beds on arrival, towels and tea towels in the flat. The price per linen package is Euro 15.00 per person.
The beds have large mattresses and require 200x200cm fitted sheets.
Snow reliability is significantly increased due to the expansion of the Wurmberg area.

Not clean, apartment stinks!
The apartment had the following deficiencies:
- Not clean, all surfaces were dirty, dusty, stained, or worn
- A trace of a urine stain was found on one bed
- No trash can or yellow bag, they were only provided after 4 days! - The cleaning cloth smelled strongly
- The vacuum cleaner also smelled strongly, the bag was more than full
- The windows of the "Logia" with the view were also not clean
- There were expired and spoiled food in the refrigerator. In the kitchen, there was packaged bread that had passed its expiry date.
- The kitchen equipment was not really good, and not clean!
- The whole apartment had a disgusting smell coming from all drains. It smelled like "toilet," the pipes, drains released all odors. This stench persisted almost the entire vacation time but gradually weakened over time.
- Next to the apartment, a house was being completely renovated, with construction noise from about 07:00 - 16:30.
