Bright, friendly holiday flat for 5 people with its own garden [&] beach chair. The holiday flat "Waldkauz" is a 3-room flat with a feel-good factor, on 2 levels with its own garden and communal swimming pool and sauna in the house. A WLAN connection is available to you (no refund/replacement claim in the event of faults).
The living room with access to the private garden is located on the lower level of the flat and offers you a cosy couch and a large wall unit as well as a foldaway bed (140x200), a flat-screen TV with DVD player, radio and CD player. In the garden you have the possibility to use the beach chair and a large table with chairs. Also on the lower level is the large bedroom with a double bed (180x200) with single mattresses, wardrobe and an exit to the garden. The modern and brightly designed bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. On the upper level of the flat is the small bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and lots of toys for children, the modern and generously designed kitchenette and the adjoining large dining table for 6 people with kitchen buffet. In the kitchen itself you will find everything from a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster to a dishwasher and a washing machine in the built-in cupboard. In the adjoining wing of the building there is a swimming pool and a sauna (for a fee) - communal area. A free car parking space (2B5) is available in front of the house. Bicycles and skis can be parked in the flat garden.
