Our cozy holiday home in the De Yperhof holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee offers 80 m² of space for up to five people as well as a baby or toddler. The house is especially suitable for families, couples, and dog owners who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Dutch North Sea.
Since we only recently took over the holiday home, we are renovating and modernizing it step by step with a lot of love. The entire house is currently being freshly painted, all mattresses and duvets have already been renewed, and more areas are gradually being renovated. Therefore, it may happen that some photos do not yet reflect the current state – upon your arrival, the house will be at least as beautiful as in the pictures, often even a bit more beautiful.
You can especially enjoy the unobstructed view over the adjacent fields, which provides a wonderfully peaceful holiday atmosphere. The holiday home offers you:

Please note:
Please bring your own bed linen and towels – then nothing will stand in the way of a relaxing holiday on the Dutch North Sea. The holiday park De Yperhof is quiet yet ideally located. A small playground is just a few steps from the house. Directly opposite is the Landal holiday park with numerous leisure facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, golf course, and several playgrounds (some subject to charges or publicly accessible). The extensive sandy beaches of Julianadorp aan Zee, beautiful dune landscapes, as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails make the region a popular holiday destination for families, nature lovers, and dog owners.

5 kilometers south of Den Helder and only 75 kilometers north of Amsterdam lies the beautiful town of Julianadorp aan Zee with around 15,000 inhabitants. We offer here a holiday bungalow in the holiday park “De Yperhof” with exclusive furnishings for rent all year round.
The excellent location leaves nothing to be desired:
The North Sea beach, 900 meters away, stretches for 40 kilometers of sandy beach from Den Helder to Petten. In Julianadorp itself you will find two unique cafés directly on the beach, which are open 365 days a year and offer a spectacular view of the sea.
Within a radius of 1.5 kilometers, the town offers everything you need: In addition to a subtropical swimming pool in the Landal Park, you will also find a golf course, various restaurants, fashion shops, a Lidl as well as the shopping center "De Riepel" with an Albert Heijn, a Jumbo, and a butcher. In the neighboring town of Den Helder you will find a pedestrian zone with various shops, a wide range of sights (Naval Museum, Fort Kijkduin with seawater aquarium) and activities such as a climbing park or petting zoo, and finally the ferry port, which takes you to the island of Texel in just 20 minutes.

Beautiful holiday home
This house was enchanting for me and my dog – spacious, bright, and lovingly furnished. I feel immediately comfortable and welcome. The location is great: Everything important is within walking distance and the beach is very close. We had perfect walks and days by the sea. We would love to come back.

The proximity to the North Sea, the tranquility, and the beautiful surroundings have thrilled us from the very beginning – and we want to offer exactly this holiday feeling to our guests as well. Since we only recently took over the house, we are renovating and beautifying it step by step with a lot of love and passion.
