The spacious finca offers around 334 m² of living space for up to eight people.
It was designed by architect Richard Abel and combines the traditional charm of a Mallorcan finca with a generous and comfortable layout.

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a spacious dining area offer ample space for shared moments and relaxing retreats. The Mediterranean kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a dishwasher, a Jura coffee machine, and all cooking utensils.

The extensive garden with Mediterranean plants and palm trees offers plenty of peace and privacy.
The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the private swimming pool and the directly adjoining pool house. There you will find a cozy barbecue corner, ideal for shared meals and sociable evenings.
An outdoor shower provides a pleasant refreshment after swimming.

From the spacious veranda at the house and the sun balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Mediterranean landscape all the way to the blue Mediterranean Sea.
The veranda invites you to have breakfast, relax, and linger, while in the pool house you can barbecue together and enjoy the special atmosphere.
On cooler evenings, the fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. The amenities also include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer. For families with children, a baby bed and a high chair are available.

Bicycles invite you to explore the surroundings. You can conveniently park your vehicle on the property. The finca is a non-smoking house and is also suitable for longer stays.
