Overall assessment

Under spa and a cozy stay, one unfortunately imagines something else. We accidentally booked a disabled room, as only two separate beds were looked at in the photos, which wasn't that bad. Much worse is the experience that disabled people are apparently not well cared for here. The disabled room was dirty, even the toilet paper had dust on it, and as a disabled person, one apparently has no right to a kettle with tea and coffee and light in the whole room. (The non-disabled neighboring room was clean and had everything.) Light and kettle were repeatedly complained about upon arrival at the reception. However, nothing happened. Ultimately, we had a half-dark, not very clean room and had to use our own kettle in the room. Just like privacy, it was also out of place here. The rooms can be connected by a door to the neighboring room. The connecting door was open for us, we could easily march into the neighboring room. The request to lock the door was also ignored by the hotel. Consequently, we had to sleep with the door to the neighboring room open. The next day we were forced to present ourselves half-naked, just coming out of bed, to wild strangers, as despite the knowledgeable staff regarding the door, the neighboring room had been rented out. The pool was also dirty, from bloody band-aids at the edge of the pool to completely dirty floors, and additionally with children playing with a beach ball in the small pool, one can hardly speak of a spa or relaxation here. The normal price of about €190 for 2 people is definitely not worth the hotel. At least not for us. Too bad, it was described much better. One imagines something different under spa and a cozy stay.
