The carpet had some stains and the chairs in the room were a bit worn, Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time at the hotel and visited the wellness area and the pool daily, A water dispenser would be a great addition, The hotel is located a bit outside of Wismar, which was not a problem for us since we were traveling by car, There is also a bus that goes directly from the hotel to Weimar, The breakfast was very tasty and offered a wide selection, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Thank you for the lovely stay!

The breakfast was good, but I think it would be better if two service staff were available - one for the service and the other for the buffet. Sometimes you had to ask when something ran out, but overall the selection was fine. The rooms and beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom could use a little refresh, as there were occasionally unpleasant odors and the water took some time to get warm. Otherwise, the space in the room was sufficient. I would have liked more fresh fruit and vegetables at breakfast. We used the sauna daily; however, the noise level due to the proximity to the pool area was somewhat disturbing. The steam room was often cold, as it needs to be manually turned on and shuts off again, which is a bit impractical. A snack machine in the lobby would be a great addition. Our room was bright, spacious, and very well soundproofed; the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was okay, and the coffee machine offered delicious coffee! The staff were very friendly and made an effort to answer all our questions.

The establishment could be modernized a bit, such as the carpets in the hallways and the shower partition in the bathroom. Positive highlights are the friendly staff and the in-house pool, which invites relaxation.

The location is somewhat outside the city center of Wismar, but there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and also a great bike route. The round indoor pool is truly a highlight, with flexible opening hours that even allow business guests to take a swim before breakfast. Additionally, you can charge your electric car for only €5/day in the hotel parking lot, which is very convenient, especially for Tesla drivers.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was more than sufficient for us, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything you need to start the day well was available. The beds were super comfortable, the mattress had just the right firmness for us. Since we were mainly there to sleep, the room size was perfectly fine, and everything was very clean.

We were completely satisfied with our stay and find the negative reviews exaggerated. Of course, the hotel is not brand new and you can tell it has aged, but that doesn't bother us. The staff is simply great – as you call into the forest, so it echoes back. A big compliment to the cleaning team! The hallways and the play area for the children were kept clean daily, and I would like to encourage parents to have their little ones tidy up their toys themselves. We really liked the hotel. After some skeptical reviews, we were positively surprised. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and this applied to all the staff we met. The first evening in the bar was wonderfully relaxed. Our room was very clean and was cleaned daily, and even the towels were changed during our three-day stay without request. We slept excellently. The pool was also cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was a real highlight: very plentiful and varied. Despite the size of the breakfast room, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed.

The location is somewhat remote, but it is pleasantly quiet here. The indoor pool is beautifully round and offers flexible opening hours upon request. There is also a charging station for electric cars in the hotel parking lot, including 2 special Tesla charging points and 2 for other electric vehicles. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, making it easier to arrive without a car.

The surroundings feel industrial, but it is very quiet and easily accessible by car. We especially liked the sauna and the small swimming pool. The room was tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

There is really nothing to complain about. If anything, one could say that the standard is very high. The wellness area is great, the pool is free, and the whirlpool costs only 2 euros for half an hour – a super price! The staff is extremely friendly and everything is impeccably clean. I come from the cleaning industry myself and can only praise the performance.

The room was very spacious and clean, equipped with a kettle as well as coffee and tea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice place to relax, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. There are plenty of parking options, also free on the street. We have stayed here several times and were always very satisfied.

The saunas in the courtyard were unfortunately not available, which was a pity as they would have been a great addition to the Finnish sauna. At breakfast, there were sometimes communication difficulties with the staff, as not everyone spoke English, German, or French. Nevertheless, we were warmly welcomed at the reception, and this positive impression lasted throughout our entire stay, despite the change of staff. They always tried to fulfill our wishes. The bar was an inviting place to relax in the evenings, and we were allowed to stay there even after the bar closed, which we greatly appreciated. The pool area was clean; however, it could be a bit larger for the number of rooms.

The tiles and the shower wall in the bathtub could use a little attention, but overall our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. We were only there for a short time, but everything was fine. The small issues in the bathroom are easy to fix. The value for money is top-notch. Communication with the staff was friendly and helpful. We are truly grateful for this lovely short vacation.

The carpet in the room could be fresher, but the location to the Baltic Sea is great and the breakfast was really delicious. The amenities with the pool, the fitness area, and the play corner are fantastic!

The toilet was very clean, but I noticed a bit of urine scale, which affected the smell. On the last morning, there was a knock at our door at 8 a.m., which was a bit surprising since we were just about to leave. When we left, several staff members were waiting to clean the room – that was a bit uncomfortable, but they were certainly motivated. Otherwise, the room was cozy and relaxing, the play area on the first floor was great for the kids, and the small pool was also a lot of fun. The breakfast and dinner were tasty, and there was delicious cake with coffee at the bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many activities that the hotel offers; you just have to take the opportunity!
