Das Badezimmer im Zimmer könnte etwas frischer wirken, es gab gelegentlich unangenehme Gerüche aus der Toilette und das Wasser benötigte eine Weile, um warm zu werden, Der Platz im Zimmer war jedoch ausreichend, Ein bisschen mehr frisches Obst und Gemüse beim Frühstück wäre wünschenswert, Wir haben die Sauna täglich genutzt, allerdings war der Geräuschpegel von der Poolseite bis in die Sauna spürbar, Das Dampfbad war oft nicht warm, da es manuell eingeschaltet werden musste und sich immer wieder ausschaltete - das war nicht optimal, Ein Snackautomat in der Lobby wäre eine tolle Ergänzung, Unser Zimmer war hell, geräumig und sehr gut schallisoliert, die Betten waren äußerst bequem, Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war wirklich lecker! Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und haben sich sehr um unsere Anliegen gekümmert,

The saunas in the courtyard were unfortunately not available to us, which would have made the use of the Finnish sauna even more pleasant for the guests. Communication with the staff at breakfast was sometimes a challenge, as not everyone spoke English, German, or French. However, we were warmly welcomed at the reception, and this positive impression lasted throughout our entire stay, despite changing staff. They always tried to meet our wishes. The bar was a nice place to spend the evening, and we were allowed to stay there even after the bar closed – really great! The pool area was clean, but it could be a bit larger for the number of rooms.

The carpet had some stains and the chairs in the room looked a bit worn, Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time in this hotel and enjoyed the wellness area and the pool daily, A water dispenser in the sauna area would be a great addition, The hotel is located a bit outside of Wismar, which was no problem for us by car, There is also a bus connection to Wismar that stops right in front of the hotel, The breakfast was very delicious and offered a wide selection for every taste, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay and found the negative reviews exaggerated. Of course, the hotel is not brand new, and you can tell it has aged, but that doesn't bother us in the slightest. As for the staff: friendliness often depends on one's own attitude. A big shout-out to the housekeeping team! In addition to the room cleaning, the hallways and the lovingly designed play area were also maintained daily. It would be nice if parents could remind their children to put away the toys after playing. Overall, we were really impressed with the hotel. After reading some reviews, we were skeptical, but we were very positively surprised. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and all the staff we met were very helpful. The first evening at the bar was very cozy. Our room was impeccably clean and was cleaned daily; even the towels were changed without request during our three-day stay. We slept excellently. The pool was also cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was a real highlight: so diverse and plentiful. Despite the size of the breakfast room, it felt comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasantly relaxed.
