Villa Beram is a recently renovated , century-old villa located in the picturesque town of Beram , located in the heart of Istria near the town of Pazin .
The villa is decorated in traditional stone and wood , which adds to its authentic charm . Spread over three floors , the villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests . The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated in soft and light colors, and the spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen has a corner fireplace . Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Istrian hills from the terrace .
The exterior of the villa features a heated swimming pool and balconies overlooking the spacious greenery , making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Villa Beram is also pet-friendly , so you can bring your furry friend with you on vacation upon request for an additional fee of 15 EUR / dog / day.
Pool heating is charged additionally and amounts to 250 EUR/week.
There is also a cleaning fee of EUR 150.

Around our cozy villa in Beram , near Pazin , guests can enjoy a multitude of exciting activities and fascinating places that evoke the beauty, history and culture of this region. The coast with its large tourist centers is just a short drive away, as is Pula Airport . The nearest beach is in Rabac .

Just 4 km away , in the heart of Istria , lies the town of Pazin , often known as the " heart of Istria " due to its central location and untouched nature. You can explore the town's main attraction, the Pazin Castle , which houses the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Pazin Town Museum .

One of the most exciting ventures may be a visit to the Pazin Cave , which inspired the famous writer Jules Verne for his novel " Mathias Sandorf ". Don't miss the chance to try ziplining over the cave for an adrenaline rush.

If you are into religious and historical sites , you are in luck. In the village of Beram itself, you can visit the Church of St. Mary of the Cave , famous for its frescoes, especially the Dance of the Dead .
