In the heart of Istria, in a quiet and peaceful village Kirci you will find the charming Villa Sterna. The garden is spacious, with 700 sqm, large private pool, sun loungers, parasols, large outdoor table with charcoal grill and plenty of space for children.

The old majestic stone villa is newly renovated, modern and beautifully decorated. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large comfortable sofa and a large TV. The entire interior is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available. There is plenty of room for secure parking.

Location and surroundings of object

Pazin, the next city is over 1000 years old. Built with a castle on the top of a cave, offers a spectacular view of the natural phenomena. In the center of Pazin there is a self-produced food market, a fish market, a cinema, two beautiful waterfalls, a river. A special attraction is a zip line and rope skipping over the Pazin cave.

The beaches are only 25 minutes away by car.

Cozy villa with modern amenities

Returning after 14 days in Villa Sterna today. A dream domicile with modern amenities in a typical local design. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, with its own pool and barbecue area, there was nothing lacking. We explored the country, sea, and people by car. For those who don't mind that, this idyllic place is perfect. We would love to come back. Thank you.
