Welcome to Villa Summer Pearl: a place where everyday worries quickly fade into the distance. On over 200m², you will find a stylish house that combines modern amenities with the relaxed lifestyle of Florida. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa offers generous space for up to six people and is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking that special holiday feeling.
You will sense the bright and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter. The living room with its large windows opens up the view to the terrace and the pool and invites you to spend cozy evenings. Adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen, which is equipped with, among other things, a fully automatic coffee machine (operated with fresh coffee beans) and all important appliances. Here it is a pleasure to cook together, have breakfast, or simply enjoy the aroma of fresh coffee while the sun is already shining outside. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The master suite with a comfortable king-size bed, its own TV, and direct access to the pool area offers the highest comfort. The adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub makes your stay perfect. The two additional bedrooms are also stylishly furnished: one with another king-size bed, the other with a cozy queen-size bed. TVs in the guest rooms provide relaxing evenings when everyone wants to unwind on their own.
The outdoor area is the heart of Villa Summer Pearl. The large pool and the spa can be electrically heated and are operated with a saltwater system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes.
The terrace faces west and is therefore perfect for enjoying Florida’s spectacular sunsets every evening. Lean back with a drink in your hand, let your feet dangle in the water, and watch as the sky glows in vibrant colors. On the covered terrace you can not only relax in the shade, but also enjoy mild evenings under the open sky thanks to the integrated television.
From the dock on the canal you can fish or simply enjoy the view of the water (fishing equipment must be brought by yourself).
The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Cape Coral, so you can fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Florida. At the same time, you can reach restaurants, shopping facilities, and leisure activities within a few minutes.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral lies right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
