The holiday accommodation has been completely renovated outside and inside and was finished in January 2017. It is completely new except for the walls and meets the new-build standard

The new exclusive interior and the large pool area meet the highest standards. The whole villa is made of natural stone flooring. It is situated in a very beautifully landscaped cul-de-sac and therefore in a very quiet location

The very best, however, is the fantastic view with sun from morning to evening. Especially in the winter months, this is a great advantage for a nice holiday.

In addition, you can rent the following: Choice of various sports boats (20-26 , up to 300 hp). The sports boat is then ready for you on our boat dock directly at the house.

Corona Special:
Postpone your stay within 24 months free of charge if you cannot arrive due to Corona.
If after 24 months you are still unable to stay due to Corona, you will receive your money back.
Before each arrival, Villa Mariah is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Disinfectant is available for the guests. We comply with the hygiene requirements of Lee County Florida.

Quiet southern exposure and magnificent view of the Eight Lakes

For the second time, we had a wonderful time at Villa Mariah. We enjoyed the quiet southern location and the expansive views over the Eight Lakes every day. Very well maintained house in best location with wonderful view of the Eight Lakes

We felt very comfortable in Villa MARIAH and would have preferred not to leave at all.
We enjoyed the wonderful view of the Eight Lakes from morning to night.
The house is in very good condition and excellently equipped.
We really appreciate the walking distance to Rotary Park, the quiet location and the short distances for shopping.
We would also like to emphasise the extremely friendly, personal contact with the owner and the reliable support provided by the on-site property management.

There is simply nothing to complain about, the house is perfect.

The house has a beautiful location on the lake
The furnishings are very beautiful and tasteful.
With generously arranged rooms. Plenty of space and everything is very functional and practical.

Great holiday in a dream house

The house corresponded to the description in all points. There are many holiday homes in Cape Coral, located on the 600 km of canals. This house is ideally situated on a lake. No motorboat traffic in front of the house, fantastic sunsets, fish jumping in the lake, dolphins and manatees in the canals on the way to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. We were 6 people and had a lot of fun in the house, barbecuing and cooking together and eating out nearby. The jet boat, arranged by the owner, was in the boat lift and was the icing on the cake of the holiday. More is not possible. Greetings from MV

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Mariah, had a great holiday, felt very comfortable there, and would have liked to stay longer. Very high-quality and complete equipment and extremely tasteful furnishings. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. A very nice pool and terrace area. No wishes remain unfulfilled. First-class location by a lake. Restaurants, shopping opportunities, boat rental, excursions all nearby. Superb rental process and handover. Great excursion tips from the very friendly and competent local property management. The Villa Mariah definitely exceeded our expectations. The house is very well located and centrally located on a beautiful lake. There are various shopping facilities nearby. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the house is very clean and modernly furnished. You feel comfortable and welcome right away. We especially enjoyed the great pool and the large terrace. Urlaub in seiner schönsten Form

We have been traveling to Cape Coral for many years. In 2018, it was our 2nd time at Villa Mariah. We knew the house before its renovation. Even then, it was a dreamy stay. This year, of course, too. The renovation is completely successful! Very modern and stylish. The amenities leave nothing to be desired (except maybe bicycles *smile*). You just feel comfortable immediately! The location by the lake is simply beautiful. We love this view! Important shopping opportunities can be quickly reached by car. This year, we would like to give special thanks to the landlords, as we had some issues with the flights (rescheduling of arrival/departure), but here we were helped absolutely professionally! Always very friendly and prompt contact, also on-site. Conclusion: Thank you very much and see you soon!

Dream vacation in Villa Mariah

We stayed at Villa Mariah for the second time and once again it was a special experience. The villa impresses with its perfect southern location, breathtaking views, full equipment, thorough cleanliness, and modern and very cozy appearance. You feel completely comfortable and at home, with no wishes left unfulfilled. The central and quiet location near the marina and nice restaurants, as well as numerous excursion possibilities in the area, complete the perfect picture. Special compliments also go to the landlord, as the handling is particularly friendly, professional, and smooth. Unexpected issues and open questions are completely avoided. Perfect holidays in a perfect house.

The Villa Mariah far exceeded all our expectations. The house is beautifully located by the lake. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail and everything well-maintained and very clean. A place of relaxation for the whole family. Our daughter and we enjoyed the pool and the tranquility. There are plenty of leisure activities and beautiful beaches in the area. The contact with the Faltin family was super nice and warm, and it is appreciated that one can vacation in their house. Everyone who lives there should appreciate it and treat it properly. Everything worked out great with the on-site management as well. We would love to come back.
