Ideal for three couples or large families. If you're looking for upscale living comfort in a central location, this is the perfect place. A playground and soccer field are just 200 meters away for children.
In this cozy house with its welcoming atmosphere, your hosts Mirjana & Manfred Stremme have lovingly and meticulously created three high-quality 4-star apartments with a romantic flair, stylish accessories, and modern amenities, leaving nothing to be desired.
The terraced mountain garden behind the house is unique and beautiful, featuring a gazebo, several seating areas, a garden shed, and a barbecue.
The town center with its many shops, pubs, and restaurants is just a short walk away, as is the magnificent Upland countryside with its diverse landscapes. At the upper end of the garden, you'll find access to the forest and the hiking trail on the Orenberg.

The garden is available to guests during the warmer months from April to the end of October – except for the gazebo. Guests/smokers can use the gazebo year-round.

ATTENTION – Important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, we would like to point out that, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we value a civilized atmosphere. Guests are not welcome or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, or other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or inside the house. If you enjoy yourself at the local restaurants, but behave appropriately and respectfully within the house, you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you would be a good fit for our establishment. Please also be sure to read section 12 of our Terms and Conditions. We do not rent to parties, stag/hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or groups of people under 30.

WILLINGEN/Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: Four-season vacation in the most visited holiday resort of the German Central Uplands. Willingen (550-843 m) is a health resort with a healing climate & winter sports resort; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular with young and old.

Summer beach bathing at Lake Diemel; for hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest upland heath and eight 800-meter peaks, is the top destination in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg-Hochheideturm - the highest viewpoint in Northwest Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill course. The Skywalk Willingen is Germany's longest suspension bridge. One of the top low mountain range ski areas. Not only is the après-ski legendary, there is 'Saturday Night Fever' here all year round. The highlight is the World Cup ski jumping!

All basic prices are for 5 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €120, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €300 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Danke an Miki, der Gastgeberin , für den herzlichen Empfang in dieser tollen Wohnung . Es war einfach alles perfekt Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , es fehlt an nichts , es gab sogar Kaffeebohnen . Der überdachte Garten lädt zum verweilen ein Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Straße nicht mehr zu hören Wir würden wieder kommen

Schöne Wohnung; empfehlenswert

Wir haben dort einen schönen Kurzurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Drei Schlafzimmer, ein Ankleidezimmer, großes Bad mit zwei gesonderten WC-Räumen findet man selten. Für das Motorrad war eine Garage vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit; Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. -Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
