Enjoy your feel-good holiday in the Belvita apartments with winter garden including indoor pool and sauna. Quiet prime location directly at the edge of the forest and yet close to the center (600m).
This barrier-free holiday apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator) is ideal for health-conscious pleasure seekers, the 50+ generation, hikers – but also for families. 2-room non-smoking comfort holiday apartment**** in modern natural style for 2-4 people with one bedroom (+ Murphy bed in the living room), good amenities and WiFi on 62 sqm.

Info on accessibility:
The holiday apartment is low-barrier, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, booking portals do not have a filter for low-barrier, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, since it is still well usable for many people with walking impairments. The apartment is suitable for people with walking impairments who can walk short distances independently and mostly use a walker. Not suitable for wheelchairs. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70cm wide. The shower 90x90cm has a 10cm step. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

We value cultivated guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not desired or tolerated in the house and on the balconies. No rental to bachelor parties and groups under 30 years old.

Location description
The Belvita Apartments are located in a central position near the viaduct – it is about 600m gently downhill to the town center. The forest begins directly behind the house.

WILLINGEN/Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: Four-season vacation in the most visited holiday resort of the low mountain ranges. Willingen (550-843 m) is a health resort and winter sports resort; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular with young and old alike.

Summer beach bathing at Lake Diemel; for hikers, Willingen with Europe's largest upland heath and eight 800-meter peaks is the top address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg Hochheideturm - the highest viewpoint in Northwest Germany. Skywalk Willingen – Germany’s longest suspension bridge, bike park with World Cup downhill course.
One of the Top 5 low mountain ski areas with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car + 11 lifts, 6 km of floodlit slopes, >90 snow cannons, 70 km of cross-country trails, EWF biathlon arena with a snow-covered 2 km floodlit trail. Not only is the après-ski legendary, there’s ‘Saturday Night Fever’ here all year round. Siggi’s Ettelsberg hut is a cult spot. The highlight is the World Cup ski jumping on the largest ski jumping hill in the world!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Freshly renovated!

We have been coming to the Wagners for many years - also because of the excellent applications and osteopathy. This year we were pleasantly surprised by the completely modernized apartment 2. This makes the vacation even more enjoyable, and we have already booked our next stay.
