Enjoy your relaxing holiday in the Belvita apartments with a winter garden in the spa center, including an indoor pool and sauna.
The house is majestically situated above Willingen's rooftops, offering stunning panoramas of Willingen and the surrounding mountains. It enjoys a quiet, prime location right on the edge of the forest, yet close to the center (600 m). You can reach the town center via a gently sloping path through the alleys of Old Willingen.
This barrier-free holiday apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator) is ideal for health-conscious, leisurely vacationers, the 50+ generation, hikers, and families.
Two-room, non-smoking, holiday apartment*** in a classic style for 2-4 people with one bedroom (plus a fold-down bed in the living room), appropriate-equipped, and Wi-Fi, on 72 sqm.
Apartment Amenities:
- Living area with seating, fold-down bed, and TV
- Separate kitchen with practical amenities
- Bedroom with a comfortable double bed made of Swiss pine (extra-long 220x180 cm)
- Modern shower room with walk-in shower, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-poor, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available on booking portals, which is why we list the property as barrier-free there, as it is still easily accessible for many people with walking difficulties. The apartment is suitable for people with walking disabilities who can travel short distances independently, mostly with a walking frame. Not suitable for wheelchairs. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70 cm wide. The 90x90 cm shower is at ground level. The balcony door has the usual threshold.
Important note: We value sophisticated guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not welcome and will not be tolerated in the house or on the balconies. No rentals to stag or hen parties or twenty-something groups under 30 years of age.

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Wer die Stille mag, ist hier genau richtig. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, da die Ferienwohnung am Hang über Willingen liegt. Allerdings entschädigt der Ausblick vom Wintergarten (die Fenster können zur Seite geschoben werden und schon hat man einen Balkon). Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad modern. Punkteabzug allerdings beim WLAN. Kein Empfang in der Wohnung. Nur unten im Eingangsbereich und sobald man den Aufzug verlassen hatte, war es aus mit dem Internet. Nach einer Mail an die Ferienwohnzentrale versprach man, sich an den Besitzer der Wohnung zu wenden, damit der Mangel behoben wird. Leider war kein Erfolg zu melden, aus welchen Gründen auch immer.

(Google translator) Clean and spacious apartment in a beautiful location with a view of the ski slopes. Hiking trails start right in front of the house. The village with all amenities is within walking distance.
