Comfortable Upland-Flair Holiday Apartment "Abendrot"
Ideal for two couples – or a couple who prefer separate sleeping arrangements – but also for a family with two children. If you're looking for upscale living comfort in a central location, this is the perfect place. A playground and soccer field are just 200 meters away.
In this cozy house with its welcoming atmosphere, your hosts Mirjana & Manfred Stremme have lovingly and meticulously created three high-quality 4-star apartments with a romantic flair, stylish accessories, and modern amenities – leaving nothing to be desired.
The terraced mountain garden behind the house is unique and beautiful, featuring several seating areas, a garden shed, and a barbecue.
The town center with its many shops, pubs, and restaurants is just a short walk away – as is the magnificent Upland countryside with its diverse landscapes. At the upper end of the garden, you'll find the forest and the hiking trail on the Orenberg.

Apartment Abendrot**** Layout:
- Living area with 55" Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system
- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, large refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, and blender.
- Bedroom 1 with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and safe
- Bedroom 2 with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) and Smart TV
- Modern bathroom with window, spacious shower cubicle, towel warmer, hairdryer, and vanity mirror
- Beautiful shared mountain garden
- Free parking in front of the building
- Bicycle storage with charging facilities for e-bikes
- Electric vehicle charging station expected from November 2025
- Baby cot and highchair available upon request
The garden is available to guests during the warmer months from April to the end of October – except for the gazebo. Guests/smokers can use the gazebo year-round.

ATTENTION – Important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, we would like to point out that, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we value a civilized atmosphere. Guests are not welcome or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, or other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or inside the house. If you enjoy yourself at the local restaurants, but behave appropriately and respectfully within the house, you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you would be a good fit for our establishment. Please also be sure to read section 12 of our Terms and Conditions. We do not rent to parties, stag/hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or groups of people under 30.

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.

Gut und schön!

Ansprechende und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in fußläufiger Zentrumslage. Die sehr netten Gastgeber wohnen im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Danke!

Tolles Wochenende

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet!!! Tolle Lage, insbesondere die Hang-Gartenlage. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man die verschiedenen Terrassenebenen alleine nutzen bzw. aufsuchen wo man verweilen möchte. Das Bad ist mit Accessoires besser ausgestattet als ein 5* Sterne Hotel. Gerne wieder!

Rundum gelungen

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Die Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – weit über das hinaus, was man normalerweise erwartet. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail, Sinn und Verstand eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der schöne Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Für uns war es nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein Ort, an den wir jederzeit gerne zurückkehren würden. Absolute Empfehlung!
