The house is majestically situated above Willingen's rooftops, offering stunning panoramas of Willingen and the surrounding mountains. It enjoys a quiet, prime location right on the edge of the forest, yet close to the center (600 m). You can reach the town center via a gently sloping path through the alleys of Old Willingen.
This barrier-free holiday apartment on the 1st floor (elevator) is ideal for health-conscious, leisurely vacationers, the 50+ generation, hikers, and families.
This 3-room, non-smoking, comfortable **** apartment in a classically elegant style for 3-4 people with 2 bedrooms, good amenities, and Wi-Fi covers 88 sqm.

Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-poor, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available on booking portals, which is why we list the property as barrier-free there, as it is still easily accessible for many people with walking difficulties. The apartment is suitable for people with walking disabilities who can travel short distances independently, mostly with a walking frame. Not suitable for wheelchairs. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70 cm wide. The 90x90 cm shower is at ground level. The balcony door has the usual threshold.
Important note: We value sophisticated guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not welcome and will not be tolerated in the house or on the balconies. No rentals to stag or hen parties or twenty-something groups under 30 years of age.

The Belvita Apartments are centrally located near the viaduct – it is about 600m slightly downhill to the town center. The forest begins directly behind the house.

Willingen (550-843 m) is a health resort and winter sports resort; its wide range of leisure activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen, with its slogan "Everything I want," is equally popular with young and old.

Summer beach bathing at Lake Diemel; for hikers, Willingen with Europe's largest upland heath and eight 800-meter peaks is the top address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg Hochheideturm - the highest viewpoint in northwest Germany. Skywalk Willingen – Germany’s longest suspension bridge, bike park with World Cup downhill course.
One of the top 5 low mountain ski areas with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car + 11 lifts, 6 km of floodlit slopes, >90 snow cannons, 70 km of cross-country trails, EWF Biathlon Arena with a snow-covered 2 km floodlit trail. Not only is the après-ski legendary, there’s ‘Saturday Night Fever’ here all year round. Siggi’s Ettelsberg Hut is a cult favorite. 2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)

Modernes, renoviertes Appartement beim Viadukt mit fantastischer Aussicht. Als Mountainbiker waren wir viel unterwegs und haben das Schwimmbad zeitlich leider nicht genutzt.
