The charming 3.5-room maisonette apartment extends over two floors and can accommodate up to four people – ideal for families with children.
The two bedrooms are located in the lower entrance area: one with a double bed and a small balcony overlooking the lake, the other with bunk beds – perfect for relaxing days with the whole family. There is also a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet on this level.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and dining table, as well as a separate, well-equipped kitchen. The high ceiling with wooden beams and the open fireplace give the living room its distinctive Ticino charm. A separate guest toilet completes the floor.
The highlight is the spacious balcony, equipped with a dining table and a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake. Whether enjoying breakfast in the sunshine or a glass of wine at sunset, here you can experience pure vacation atmosphere with Ticino charm.
The apartment also has a reserved parking space (double parking) in the building's underground garage (not suitable for SUVs or tall vehicles). Access to the apartment is via an external staircase. Once you reach the top, a cozy vacation home awaits you where you can feel right at home.
The Residenza Monteverde is located on elevated grounds directly above the center of Brissago. It is only a few steps away from the center and the lake promenade. The bus stop, a grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy, and several restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. Picturesque Ascona and the neighboring border town of Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sundays, are only a few kilometers away.

We really enjoyed the apartment: wonderful view, nicely furnished, perfectly equipped, nothing was missing, and very good beds. When we had a problem, we called the Fewotessin office and they took care of it immediately. We will definitely come back.
