Description
The apartment Giorgia is located in the heart of Cannobio, about 3 km behind the Swiss border. The famous Swiss Nobel Ascona is about 8 km away.
The apartment is in a fully renovated villa directly on the lake, on the promenade, with stunning views of the lake and the mountains of the opposite side.
It is the only apartment that wird- rented out to vacationers -erstmalig from 2017 the other 3 are used for private purposes.
It is very quiet, although one is right in the center of the small fishing village.
On foot you can reach the public beach in less than 5 minutes, the pier, harbor, bike rental and countless restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are within 800 meters.
An underground car park is about 500 meters, to unload you can park right outside the house.
The apartment is equipped as follows:
Large bright living room with access to the balcony, sofa, TV, dining area and open kitchen with dishwasher
Bedroom with vaulted ceiling, bed, closet and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The entire apartment has been lovingly renovated and equipped with quality flooring and furniture, the 200 year old charm of the house was as obtained vaulted ceilings in details.
It is a delightful place to relax, to do something, or both. If you do not want to go into the valleys, or want to pay a visit to the outlets of Alessi and Co, or Milan, the car for the holidays you can really be in the garage !!

Cannobio is the first place behind the Swiss border. It is an idyllic fishing village that has grown in recent years somewhat, but has not lost the typical Italian flair.
Directly from the apartment you can make beautiful walks, or take the boat to the market in Luino on the opposite side, or visit the Borromean Islands.

A wonderful week's holiday in Cannobio
We (three people) had a very nice holiday in Cannobio! The flat is really well located, in the centre of town with a view and small balcony of the waterfront, two supermarkets within walking distance and lots of great restaurants, cafés and bars within easy reach.
The flat was super clean and well maintained, the owner very nice and uncomplicated (even though he only speaks Italian, we could communicate quite well) and the German contact for booking was super obliging, quick and helpful! The numerous well-described excursion and restaurant recommendations in advance were especially great!
All in all, highly recommended - we are pretty sure that this was not our last stay in Cannobio!

Perfect!
A beautiful flat, lovingly furnished in a modern style and with all the facilities you need. The view of the lake from the small balcony is absolutely fantastic. The arrangement was made by a very helpful German, the owners are Italian, also very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect holiday!

Beautiful holiday flat on the waterfront
My wife and I with our dog Emmely liked it very much in the beautiful holiday flat.For us it was also important to reach the bakery supermarket and the many restaurants quickly.The many tips for excursions and restaurants,many thanks for that.But unfortunately the WLAN did not work.

Das Appartement liegt mitten an der Promenade, was sehr schön war. Restaurantes, Bars und Cafes rings rum. Zum Strand, zu den Geschäften oder zur dazu gehörigen Garage ist es nicht weit und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral. Auf dem Balkon haben wir unter uns das Treiben auf der Promenade verfolgen können und uns auch mal den günstigen Wein oder das günstige Bier aus dem Supermarkt schmecken lassen. Öffentlicher Parkplatz in der Nähe ist an 6 Wochentagen kostenlos. Die Ortschaft Cannobio hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist Top. Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Die Beschreibung sowie die Bilder treffen zu. Ablauf der Buchung , und der Bezahlung war problemlos. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt und empfehlen das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiter.

Sehr schöne Aussicht , schöne Promenade , super Aussicht !!!!
Das Appartment liegt mitten an der Promanade, daher ist man gleich mitten im Geschehen .
Die Beschreibung sowie die Bilder treffen 100 Prozent zu - wobei ich sogar sagen würde, das die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon live noch schöner ist .
Ablauf der Buchung , Zahlung , Anreisebeschreibung war tadellos - bemerkenswert hier nochmal die Betreuung , diese wahr echt traumhaft und das ist nicht selbstverständlich !!!
Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt dort und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
