The detached 3.5 room holiday home offers space for 4 persons. The lower floor offers a spacious living area with modern furnishings, a comfortable sofa set and a large dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen appliances. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, as well as the bathroom with shower/WC. Both rooms have direct access to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a unique view of the lake and the promenade. The covered garden seating area with a large dining table at the back of the house offers peace and privacy. A private parking lot is directly in front of the house. A lockable storage room for bicycles is available.
The house is located directly on the charming car-free promenade of Brissago, just a few metres from the lake. Shopping facilities, bakery, bus stop and other restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The house is close to the Italian border. The picturesque seaside town of Cannobio is only a few minutes away by car, where you will find many restaurants and shopping facilities and where the famous Italian market always takes place on Sundays.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located directly on the charming car-free promenade of Brissago, just a few metres from the lake. Shopping facilities, bakery, restaurants and bus stop are nearby. The house is close to the Italian border. The picturesque shore town of Cannobio is only a few minutes away by car, where you will find many restaurants and shopping facilities and where the famous Italian market always takes place on Sundays.
Brissago, the lowest municipality in Switzerland, is located on the border with Italy. The village centre lies on the lake, the hamlets on the steep, natural mountain slopes. The area is under the mild influence of a subtropical climate with lush southern vegetation and blossoms.
Stroll the narrow streets of the village down to the lake and admire the beautiful gardens where citrus fruits and cedars grow outdoors or the Renaissance church of San Pietro e Paolo surrounded by centuries-old cypresses.
Brissago is famous not only for its tobacco and cigar factory, but also for the famous Brissago Islands with their botanical gardens, where many exotic plant species thrive thanks to the mild climate.

Tastefully furnished holiday home in a dreamlike, very quiet and idyllic location. Peace seekers prefer to avoid the peak travel times, as the house is located directly on the promenade with a playground, public seating, and a restaurant. The house is clean, with comfortable beds, a washing machine in the bathroom, a balcony facing the lake on the 1st floor, high-quality furniture, a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, parking directly in front of the house.

Beautiful little house for 4 people with a direct view of the lake that you can watch live through its changing reflections. And no worries in winter, the heating is adjustable as desired. Top destination.

Best location right by the lake. Older house, very attractively renovated. Windows very well soundproofed, didn't hear anything about the renovation of the nearby path. The stairs in the house are a bit steep. The small balcony gets sun almost all day, so you could enjoy breakfast in the spring sun.

We were at Casa Felice for the second time and it was beautiful again, cozy cottage, top equipment, right on the lake with a fantastic view, even if there is only a narrow balcony that is only accessible from the bedrooms, but that did not bother us! The weather was also good, we were very satisfied again, the booking via Fewo-Tessin was also without complaint, minor issues were taken care of immediately! We will gladly come back!!

Since there is a driveway to the lake next to the house and the excellent restaurant is to the right of it, it can sometimes be noisy early in the morning and until 11 pm at night. The children's playground is also very popular... But the unobstructed lake view makes up for everything and the house is truly top-notch.

We felt super comfortable, a very nice and tastefully furnished house, everything was there that you need and all in top condition! The location is also hard to beat, only if you want to eat on the balcony, it's a bit difficult, as it is very narrow and only accessible from the bedrooms, but it didn't bother us! And in the morning there is some delivery traffic for the adjacent pizzeria, which is also highly recommended! A successful holiday week for us. Also great is the parking directly at the house, everything perfect!!!

We were already for the second time in Casa Felice and it was beautiful again, cozy little house, top equipment, right by the lake with fantastic views, even if there is only a narrow balcony that is only accessible from the bedrooms, but that didn't bother us! The weather also played along, we were very satisfied again, the booking through Fewo-Tessin did not cause any complaints, small deficiencies were taken care of immediately! We would love to come back!!

Because there is an access road to the lake beside the house and a very good restaurant to the right of it, it can sometimes be loud in the early morning and until 11 o'clock at night. However, the playground is also used a lot. But the unobstructed view of the lake makes up for everything and the house is really top.

The holiday home Casa Felice is well and nicely furnished. It has everything you need. The kitchen is superbly equipped. There is too little space to store clothes in the second bedroom. The bed/mattress was comfortable. There is a great restaurant next to the holiday home. We (4 adults) had a nice and relaxing holiday.

A super located holiday home right on the lake. Great facilities and very clean. The restaurant downstairs didn't bother us at all, as it was always quiet from eleven o'clock in the evening. And the parking space right by the house is also very practical. Only the mattresses were too hard for us.

The house is very nice, clean, practically furnished and lovingly decorated. The location on the lake is great. The only drawback is the restaurant right next door. The deliveries and preparations in the morning and the guests in the evening cause some noise. However, only as long as the windows are open. Since they are perfectly soundproofed, silence returns immediately after closing them.

We immediately felt at home. Great little house, tastefully furnished. Only small minus: the house is right next to a restaurant with a large terrace. In the evening it gets quite noisy..... otherwise everything is very nice.
