The apartment sleeps 3 to 4 people and is particularly suitable for couples or families with children. It boasts a large, south-facing, 30m² covered terrace, which invites you to enjoy the outdoors and offers a fantastic view of the lake. The terrace is equipped with a garden table with 6 chairs and two comfortable solid wood loungers, inviting you to linger and relax. The Mediterranean plants lend a very special southern flair.
The apartment consists of a separate kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, chest of drawers, and a dining table. A large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are included. Solid wood furniture accompanies you through all rooms and conveys comfort and well-being. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table, while the bathroom has a rain shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. All rooms have direct access to the terrace.
A reserved outdoor parking space is available. From the parking lot, you can reach the apartment via stairs (approx. 60 steps).

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house on the sunny south-facing slope above Locarno/Minusio between the villages of Brione s/Minusio and Contra. The center of Brione and Contra is about a 20-minute walk away. There you will find various restaurants and grotti. It is easy to reach by public transport. The Brione Ai Fanghi bus stop to Locarno is about 200 m away and the Contra Costa bus stop to Tenero is about 700 m away. There are many shopping opportunities in Minusio or at the Tenero shopping center, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The street was very busy and correspondingly loud; the vehicles hardly adhered to the speed limits. Otherwise, the apartment was very nice with a spacious balcony with very comfortable rocking chairs, the stairs are very good for walking, the apartment is centrally located, with a fantastic view of the lake.
