The modern and lovingly furnished “Villa Felicity” invites you to an unforgettable dream vacation on Florida’s west coast in the southeast of Cape Coral, in the Yacht Club area, one of the most popular locations.
The southwestern orientation provides all-day opportunity to enjoy the sun and a breathtaking sunset. The very cozy vacation villa in Cape Coral offers 200 sqm of living space with a light-flooded living area featuring an inviting open kitchen island, a stylish, generously equipped fitted kitchen with seating at the counter, as well as an equally elegant dining area for six people and a modern reading corner.
For your entertainment, Villa Felicity is equipped with modern flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, which feature smart TV functions. Of course, you can expect high-speed internet and a wide range of cable TV, as well as a modern sound system in the living room with Bluetooth and home theater functions.
In the utility room next to the double garage there are a washing machine and dryer. Sufficient bed linen, towels, beach towels, and a cooler are also available. From the elegant and tastefully furnished living area, you access the master suite with king-size bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double washbasins. On the opposite side of the living area are 2 guest suites, each with a queen-size bed and shared bathroom with shower and washbasin. The master suite as well as the southern guest room have direct access to the pool, whirlpool, and the spacious terrace. The large, partially covered terrace offers comfortable seating and sun loungers, as well as sun umbrellas, directly by the extra-large pool with jacuzzi in the sought-after southwest orientation for romantic sunsets. Pool and jacuzzi are electrically heatable. An outdoor shower and a pool bathroom with toilet and washbasin are also available.
A high-quality gas grill invites you to enjoy culinary barbecue evenings. The almost floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open up the generous view of the pool and terrace and can be completely pushed together, thus uniting the indoor and outdoor areas. The pool area is equipped with an electronic child safety lock, so the terrace doors can be secured if necessary.
The yacht club with clubhouse, fishing pier, city beach, and the well-known beach restaurant “Boathouse,” directly on the Caloosahatchee River, can be reached in just a few minutes by car or by boat. Here you will still find the original Florida with its authentic atmosphere. Also just a few minutes away you will find numerous shopping opportunities as well as a variety of restaurants.
From the private, extra-wide boat dock with romantic “Tiki Hut” you can reach the Caloosahatchee River and the open sea in just a few minutes, without any bridges or locks. Boat dock at the pier as well as water and electricity connections are available. Villa Felicity offers everything you could dream of for an unforgettable, magical, and sophisticated vacation in the “Sunshine State,” including possible boat trips to the enchanting island world off the coast of Cape Coral, with Sanibel Island and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach and the associated flora and fauna. With a bit of luck, dolphins and manatees can also be observed at the private boat dock. The house is accessible for strollers and wheelchair users due to the bungalow design.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
