The living room offers direct access to the furnished terrace – ideal for shared meals in the fresh mountain air or simply taking a breather. Large windows bring light and the landscape inside. In winter, the skiing fun begins almost at the door – the nearest slope is nearby, and a shuttle conveniently takes guests there at certain times of the day. In summer, hiking trails and clear mountain air await directly behind the house.

While nature calls outside – hiking in summer, skiing right from the door in winter – a soothing oasis of retreat awaits inside with a private sauna and hot tub. Those looking to relax after an active day will find the perfect respite here.
