Nice studio with balcony

The entrance area urgently needs renovation. The entrance to the apartments, studios is not very inviting, the carpets apparently are never vacuumed, and the balconies are very dirty and dusty. The chairs at the dining table and on the balcony are very uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise, the apartment is spacious and the beds are great. I am very disappointed that there is no proper waste separation in the holiday park and that the grass clippings are stored on the park areas. There could be more informational material about the surroundings available at the reception.

The house is clean, the apartments match the offer. The location is great, right in the village. The train station is only a 3-minute walk away. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a trash can or a broom. We cleaned everything, took the trash out of the bin and put it on the balcony. There was no collection trash can to be found anywhere, and nothing was mentioned about this in the description in the apartment. We had TOP 2 - here it must be said that if you want 2 separate sleeping areas, like I do with my daughter, then Room 2 (sofa bed) is only accessible by a step that is so high and uncomfortable that you can hardly get in or out. Brutal, especially if you have a bit of pain in your back or legs. Very awkwardly done, and in my opinion, this should be pointed out beforehand. Overall, however, the process was very good, it’s just a bit impersonal since communication is only via email. But everything worked out! TOP 2 is really small and suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Possibly also 4 if the children are still a bit smaller. Very small kitchen, not suitable for cooking, as there is simply no counter space. The bathroom, on the other hand, is spacious and completely sufficient.
