Overall, our stay was fine, but I have an important criticism. When booking, we consciously chose a room with a balcony. Later, we were informed that room 9 is only suitable for four people, while we were five. Therefore, room 6 was offered to us as an alternative. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that room 6 does not have a balcony. Since the hotel knew that we had originally booked a room with a balcony, I would have wished that this information was clearly communicated from the beginning. This way, we would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision or look for another solution. More transparency in describing alternatives would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay was good, but I would like to mention one important issue. When booking, we specifically chose a room with a balcony. Later, we were informed that Room 9 was only suitable for four guests, while we were a group of five. As a result, Room 6 was offered to us as an alternative. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that Room 6 did not have a balcony. Since the hotel was aware that our original booking choice included a balcony, I believe this should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. This would have allowed us to make an informed decision or consider other options. Greater transparency regarding alternative room options would significantly improve the guest experience.
