Location and surroundings of object
On a 711 sqm property at an altitude of 1800 meters on Falkert (2308 meters), on the edge of the Nockberge Nature Reserve in Carinthia / Austria, not far from Lake Millstatt, near Bad Kleinkirchheim, there is a cabin made of solid spruce logs. The vacation home is completely built of wood. The only stones are used for the fireplace and the fire safety wall around the wood stove. In the 1 ½-story house, up to nine people can be accommodated on 90 m² of living space - very suitable for use by, for example, two friendly families. To relax, the Heimsonne (not a solarium) with the natural light spectrum of the sun and the sauna (organic and Finnish) with color light and panoramic view of the valley are inviting. Parking directly at the house!

OFFER The offer includes the rental period, rental price, fixed additional costs, unit prices for consumption-based additional costs (water and electricity) and the general terms and conditions. The prices are inclusive of statutory value-added tax. 2. BOOKING The booking confirmation associated with acceptance of the offer, including payment terms and bank details, will be delivered. The booking becomes binding with the payment of the deposit. By making the deposit, it is confirmed that the general terms and conditions and the house rules have been read and accepted. 3. PAYMENTS A deposit of 20% of the rental price is due 14 days after issuance of the booking confirmation. The remaining payment is due 21 days before the start of the rental period. Consumption-based additional costs must be paid in cash to the property management at departure. After receiving the final payment, the contact details of the local property management will be delivered. 4. CANCELLATION In the event of a cancellation, the full rental price is due. In the case of re-renting during the canceled period, the paid rental price will be refunded except for a €100 processing fee. Payments for additional costs will be refunded 100%.
