- Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) 1. ANGEBOT In dem Angebot sind der Mietzeitraum, der Mietpreis, die fixen Nebenkosten, die Einheitspreise der verbrauchsabhängigen Nebenkosten (Wasser und Strom) und die AGB angegeben. Die Preise sind einschließlich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer angegeben. 2. BUCHUNG Die zur Angebotsannahme zugehörige Buchungsbestätigung mit den Zahlungsbedingungen und Bankverbindungen wird zugestellt. Die Buchung wird mit der Anzahlung verbindlich. Mit der Anzahlung wird bestätigt, die AGB und die Hausordnung gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben. 3. ZAHLUNGEN Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Mietpreises ist 14 Tage nach Ausstellung der Buchungsbestätigung fällig. Die Restzahlung ist 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn fällig. Verbrauchsabhängige Nebenkosten sind bei der Abreise in bar bei der Hausverwaltung zu bezahlen. Nach Eingang der Restzahlung werden die Kontaktdaten der örtlichen Hausverwaltung zugestellt. 4. STORNIERUNG Bei einer Stornierung ist der Mietpreis vollständig fällig. Im Falle einer Neuvermietung im stornierten Zeitraum wird der gezahlte Mietpreis bis auf 100,00 € Bearbeitungs- und Dispositionskosten erstattet. Zahlungen auf Nebenkosten werden zu 100% erstattet. (Empfehlung: Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung!) 4.1 STORNIERUNG CORONA Sollte aufgrund der Corona-Situation ein Reise- und/oder Beherbergungsverbot für Genesene oder Geimpfte ausgesprochen werden, werden geleistete Zahlungen zu 100% erstattet. 5.
