Charming single-family house (approx. 150 m²) on two floors in a quiet location, only approx. 1,300 m from the center and the Riells beach.
The ground floor offers an entrance area, a bright living and dining room with access to a glazed terrace (perfect for use as a second dining area) and to the well-kept garden with private pool (8 × 4 m). The separate kitchen is well equipped. Two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, complete the range of rooms.
Upstairs there is a cozy tower room with double bed, its own shower bathroom, and an enclosed terrace with windows that can be opened – ideal for relaxing. The approximately 400 m² large, fully fenced property features a covered parking space (carport) for secure parking on the property. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, SAT-TV, WiFi as well as air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the upper floor.

WITHDRAWAL BY THE CUSTOMER:
If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement before moving into the holiday home, this must be done in writing to the landlord. In this case, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
• For cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: €150 processing fee
• For cancellations 89 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the agreed rental price
• For cancellations from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
We recommend taking out travel cancellation and travel interruption insurance!
