Welcome to the holiday home "Meerzeit" in Karlshagen on the picturesque island of Usedom. This charming holiday home offers 129 square meters of space for up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 1 children's room with bunk bed + (1 guest bed), as well as 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The house is surrounded by a lovingly maintained garden that invites you to linger. Enjoy cozy evenings at the BBQ grill or relax on one of the 3 spacious terraces (south / west / secluded north side), perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and unwinding. A private parking space for 2 cars (1x open + 1x carport) ensures comfort upon your arrival.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and coffee pod machine (Tassimo) – perfect for preparing culinary delights. The cozy living area with fireplace offers the ideal atmosphere for relaxing evenings. For added luxury, the in-house sauna invites you to unwind after an eventful day. Especially in the autumn and winter months, the private outdoor sauna becomes your personal feel-good spot. After long walks on the beach or a windy day on the Baltic Sea, enjoy soothing warmth and pure relaxation right at the holiday home. This way, your vacation becomes a thoroughly restful experience even on cooler days. The sauna offers enough space for up to six people, so nothing stands in the way of shared wellness moments with family or friends. At least two guaranteed reclining places provide extra comfort while relaxing.
