There are thousands of holiday homes but we think our house DE ZON IN STEE AAN ZEE deserves a "medal"!
It is completely renovated and is very centrally located and close to the beach.
It has an open view at the front over the sports and play meadow and at the back a view over the landscape.
And at the back it has a secluded, partly covered terrace.
This terrace is an extra room - outside - in the summer!
With a countertop with cold and hot running water. And has a large window with a view over the surrounding landscape.
It is close to the most beautiful beaches of Walcheren and in a wonderful area for walking and cycling. Enjoy

We are very happy and proud of our renovated holiday home.
This holiday home is ready to move in: like a hotel suite.
You therefore do not need to bring anything.
Rental is from 3 nights.
In summer, rental is per week with Friday as changeover day.
Last minute: from 3 nights also in summer.
DE ZON IN STEE AAN ZEE is all on one level and ready to move in!
You do not need to bring anything for the house. After booking you will receive two phone numbers.
If the first number does not answer, that’s possible!
Maybe the person is at work or on the road in their car.
You do not need to wait.
You can call the other number immediately.
Arrival 17:00.
You can request to arrive earlier.
You may briefly park to load and unload directly behind the house.
This house has its own parking space called: THE SUN.
Call us upon arrival.
You will receive the key at the front of the house. And you will get a small tour of the house: via the phone.
Sometimes we are still at the house.
Dogs are only allowed on request.
Because there are rules in the house, in the park, and on the beach.
Departure: 11 o’clock.
We ask that upon departure you leave everything you have used tidy and clean.
We ask guests, just before their departure, to strip the beds
and collect all the laundry, so that nothing unnecessary needs to be washed.
Because the laundry will be picked up! In the summer, please put the towels in the washing machine and wash them at 60 degrees Celsius.
Then the washing machine will be ready when we arrive at the house and we will put the laundry in the dryer.
The bed linen is always collected.

Nice little house with very lovely people, very nice bed, of course neatly made.
Wonderful shower including towels and washcloths, really everything was present from toilet paper to complete kitchen setup.
A real recommendation for a delightful carefree holiday for both humans and animals; for our dog, they had a special sleeping bag, slept like a rose even on New Year's Eve. (completely top)

Dank voor jullie lieve review! Fijn dat het naar jullie zin is geweest. Dit is dus een fijne omgeving met Oud en Nieuw!! Honden mogen alleen op aanvraag en niet alle weken! Schoonmaak is super belangrijk! We vinden belangrijk dat het huis super schoon is en allergie vrij. Want er zijn ook vele gasten die graag in allergie vrij huis vakantie willen houden.

Great accommodation
I was alone with my dog in this holiday cottage. A very nice accommodation, everything you need was available. There is an open terrace to the playground and a terrace that is completely fenced. Ideal for a holiday with a dog. Loading and unloading directly to the house from the parking lot is possible. There is a lockable shed.
The location is ideal for trips by car or bicycle to the beach or the surrounding area.
In the village, there is a supermarket. The processing of the reservation/payment/refund of the deposit was very good.
I can highly recommend this holiday home.
BUT I especially want to mention the contact and hospitality!
We would love to come back!!!!
