Come and enjoy the sea, the beach, the dunes, the forests, the nature reserve, old towns, delta works, museums, and markets. The many beach pavilions with heated terraces and restaurants.
This beach holiday home is move-in ready like a luxury hotel suite.
This comfortable holiday home is located in a small, car-free, and child-friendly park.
And you can park behind the house.
This house has been completely renovated.
It has large French doors at the back and large windows at the front.
At the back of the house is a private and partly covered terrace, an outdoor sink with hot and cold water.
So you can sit outside comfortably! Always out of the wind!
Your bicycles can now be stored under cover.
Garden chairs with cushions + 2 outdoor loungers.
And with a very well-equipped kitchen.
There is a spacious modern shower and toilet.
There is a washing machine and a dryer.
We have made 1 large bedroom out of 2 small bedrooms.
Now with 2 luxury electric beds of 90 by 2 meters.
In the small bedroom there is NOW a single bed.
On request – a bunk bed for 2 people. Directly behind the house you can load and unload and park across the street.
There are charging stations for electric cars.
In winter, there is free parking at the beach.
For rent from 3 nights.
In summer, rental is per week and changeover day is on Saturday!
Or last minute in summer from 3 nights.
This beach holiday house is ready to move in!
You don’t need to bring anything extra.
+ beds are made, towels and tea towels are ready. + toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher, tablets, cleaning agent, hand soap.
+ The terrace is clean and the grass is mowed.
+ Please put waste in plastic bags first and then in the large container in the parking lot.
* Tourist tax €3.55 per person per night.
* Energy costs will be settled afterwards at normal rates.

Deposit will be refunded after 14 days.
We think this is a very nice house and we really enjoy being here ourselves. Dogs are only allowed on request and not every week.
Because in the house, in the park, and on the beach there are different rules for dogs.
Owners know their dog best.
You must bring a sleeping place for your dog yourself.
If your dog lies on the couch or bed, you must bring covers for that yourself.
That is more hygienic for the next guests.
We have read that the salty water is not good for the dogs.
Rinse off the paws. There are showers on the beach. Old towels and an old sleeping bag are ready for your dog.
After use, place these separately with the laundry.
These items are washed separately for hygiene.
When you leave, there must be no sign that dogs have been present.
If extra cleaning is required, additional costs will be charged.
Dogs may not cause any nuisance.
Dogs may not be left alone in the houses.
Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park. Dogs are not allowed to be walked on the sports and play field.
You must take everything your dog leaves behind with you. Also on the beach.
Please use a plastic bag and put it in the large container or the containers on the beach.
The signs clearly indicate where dogs are allowed off-leash.
Dogs are not allowed on a section of the beach at Domburg Centrum and at Vlissingen in the summer.
They are also not allowed on the beach at Vrouwenpolder: that is the bird breeding area. And are not allowed in the nature reserve "Oranjezon".
In the season, dogs are allowed off-leash on the beach after 19:00 and until 10:00.
Dogs are allowed in the many pavilions, terraces, and
to Fort Rammekens, open on weekends, and
"The bunkers of the Atlantikwall", opening hours see internet.

It is completely renovated and is very centrally located and close to the beach.
It has an open view at the front over the sports and play meadow and at the back a view over the landscape.
And at the back it has a secluded, partly covered terrace.
This terrace is an extra room - outside - in the summer!
With a countertop with cold and hot running water. And has a large window with a view over the surrounding landscape.

We are very happy and proud of our renovated holiday home.
This holiday home is ready to move in: like a hotel suite.
You therefore do not need to bring anything.
Rental is from 3 nights.
In summer, rental is per week with Friday as changeover day.
Last minute: from 3 nights also in summer.
DE ZON IN STEE AAN ZEE is all on one level and ready to move in!
You do not need to bring anything for the house. After booking you will receive two phone numbers.
If the first number does not answer, that’s possible!
Maybe the person is at work or on the road in their car.
You do not need to wait.
You can call the other number immediately.
Arrival 17:00.
You can request to arrive earlier.
You may briefly park to load and unload directly behind the house.
This house has its own parking space called: THE SUN.
Call us upon arrival.
You will receive the key at the front of the house. And you will get a small tour of the house: via the phone.
Sometimes we are still at the house.
Dogs are only allowed on request.
Because there are rules in the house, in the park, and on the beach.
Departure: 11 o’clock.
We ask that upon departure you leave everything you have used tidy and clean.
We ask guests, just before their departure, to strip the beds
and collect all the laundry, so that nothing unnecessary needs to be washed.
Because the laundry will be picked up! In the summer, please put the towels in the washing machine and wash them at 60 degrees Celsius.
Then the washing machine will be ready when we arrive at the house and we will put the laundry in the dryer.
The bed linen is always collected.

Nice little house with very lovely people, very nice bed, of course neatly made.
Wonderful shower including towels and washcloths, really everything was present from toilet paper to complete kitchen setup.
A real recommendation for a delightful carefree holiday for both humans and animals; for our dog, they had a special sleeping bag, slept like a rose even on New Year's Eve. (completely top)

Dank voor jullie lieve review! Fijn dat het naar jullie zin is geweest. Dit is dus een fijne omgeving met Oud en Nieuw!! Honden mogen alleen op aanvraag en niet alle weken! Schoonmaak is super belangrijk! We vinden belangrijk dat het huis super schoon is en allergie vrij. Want er zijn ook vele gasten die graag in allergie vrij huis vakantie willen houden.

Great accommodation
I was alone with my dog in this holiday cottage. A very nice accommodation, everything you need was available. There is an open terrace to the playground and a terrace that is completely fenced. Ideal for a holiday with a dog. Loading and unloading directly to the house from the parking lot is possible. There is a lockable shed.
The location is ideal for trips by car or bicycle to the beach or the surrounding area.
In the village, there is a supermarket. The processing of the reservation/payment/refund of the deposit was very good.
I can highly recommend this holiday home.
BUT I especially want to mention the contact and hospitality!
We would love to come back!!!!
