Constructed in 1996 in the style of Binz's resort architecture, the extensive and car-free holiday resort is located at the northern entrance of Binz towards Prora. It's only a 200-meter walk to the fine sandy beach of Prorer Wiek. Here you have the choice between a nudist beach and a textile beach, as both beach accesses are roughly the same distance from Dünenpark. You can quickly reach the center at the pier with the Binz resort train or the local bus (free with a spa card). The stops are located in close proximity to the reception building of the holiday resort. The reception building also houses a branch of Peters Bakery. The spacious, park-like site is equipped with a barbecue area, chess fields, table tennis tables, and playgrounds.

Cancellation terms:

The compensation claim is staggered as follows: - up to the 45th day before the arrival date: 30% of the agreed rent - from the 44th to the 30th day before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed rent - from the 29th to the 14th day before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed rent - from the 13th day up to the arrival date: 90% of the agreed rent. After arrival, cancellation is excluded. In the event of non-arrival or early departure, the payment claim remains in full, minus a flat rate of 10% of the rent for saved expenses. The customer is free to provide evidence that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the required amount.
