Discover the newly built in 2022, very comfortable and luxurious holiday home near Zoutelande, located in the idyllic quiet location of De Ruiser in Biggekerke. The modern house offers around 110 square meters of living space for up to 5 guests. It features 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The large sunny garden with a view of the dunes completes the comfortable atmosphere. The holiday home is characterized by high-quality and like-new furnishings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. Additionally, you will find a complete set of dishes and kitchen appliances. The kitchenette is perfectly integrated into the open living area.
A flat-screen TV with smart function and cable TV provide entertainment. The house also has Wifi. Practical amenities such as a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, and a cordless vacuum cleaner are also available. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation and pets unfortunately cannot be brought.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the magnificent terrace facing southwest. The terrace is equipped with a table, bench, and 4 chairs, and a sunshade. A Weber BBQ gas grill is available for sociable evenings. The house also offers a max. of two parking spaces, making the arrival and stay particularly comfortable.
The holiday home is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can enjoy the view of the dunes. The long and wide beach is only about 5 minutes' walk away. It is considered the most beautiful stretch of beach in Zeeland. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun at any time of the year. In the summer months, you can use the private beach hut with loungers, sun protection, and a table at beach No. 7 for a small additional fee.
The natural surroundings invite you to engage in various activities. Enjoy the proximity to the beach and the opportunity to participate in water sports such as paragliding, surfing, or stand-up paddleboarding. Experience spectacular sunsets and relaxing walks along the coast.

Super accommodation ........
We had a fantastic week. The apartment is just like in the pictures, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. "Perfect for a relaxing vacation!"

Extraordinary house
We spent 5 days in this very tasteful house over the New Year. The decor is beautifully minimalist and very high quality. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Nothing was missing. The location is also top-notch. You are at the beach in a few minutes.
We will definitely come back.

Place - Peace - Relaxation
We had the great pleasure of spending some wonderful days in this charming holiday home and are absolutely thrilled!
Even upon arrival, one could feel the tranquility that surrounds the residence. The house itself is a true marvel of space. We were impressed by the layout and the fact that due to its size, everyone – whether family or small group – could always retreat and relax. There was really plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. Another highlight is the garden. It is perfectly maintained and offers a wonderful backdrop for long morning hours with coffee, cozy barbecue evenings, or simply to unwind – if the weather allows it. Unfortunately, we had storms with rain forecasted during our stay.
The furnishings left nothing to be desired; everything was clean, well-kept, and very inviting. Anyone looking for a retreat with comfort, plenty of greenery, and tranquility will love this house. We can recommend it without reservation and would be very happy to come back!

Very beautiful and cozy holiday home
We had an all-around wonderful stay in the holiday home. The house is very tastefully furnished, which we noticed immediately. The kitchen is well equipped, so we lacked nothing. Communication with the landlord was always very friendly and straightforward. Plenty of space in and around the house. We can only recommend it.
