Welcome to the cosy holiday home 't Uusje op de Werve, located in beautiful Aagtekerke in Zeeland. Our holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The holiday home is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sunny terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Electric blinds and free wifi are available. In addition, the property offers a private driveway with parking.
For the electric drivers among us, a wallbox is available for charging your car.
In the complete kitchen you will find modern appliances such as a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Crockery and cutlery are also provided.
The cosy living room is equipped with underfloor heating and comfortable furniture.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed with bedding and in the storage room there is a washing machine and drying rack available for your use. For the little ones, a camp bed and a high chair are available.
There are also 2 bicycles available for guests to explore the beautiful surroundings of Zeeland. The holiday home is suitable for long-term rental and is a smoke-free environment.

Location and surroundings of object
Aagtekerke is a small and quiet village on Walcheren in the province of Zeeland. The village has a supermarket, a gift shop and a bicycle shop.
Other shops and a larger supermarket can be found >2 km away.
Just outside the village, 500 metres from the holiday home is a farm shop where you can get delicious fresh rolls.
The village also has a nice, new playground, a football field and a fishing pond.
Nature on Walcheren has a lot to offer; beach, sea, woods and dunes.
The coastal route is great for lovely walks and cycle rides along historic towns and villages:
- Vlissingen with its beautiful promenade;
- Zoutelande with its beautiful beaches and dunes;
- Westkapelle with its high sea dykes, the lighthouse you can climb and war museum Het Polderhuis;
- Domburg with numerous restaurants and terraces;
- Oostkapelle with its beautiful woods with walking and cycling paths;
- Vrouwenpolder with Oranjezon nature reserve;
- Veere with historic buildings and culture, located on the Veerse Meer with water sports recreation.

In case of cancellation: *Less than 1 month before the arrival date, you will receive 20% of the rental price back. *Less than 2 months before the arrival date, you will receive 50% of the rental price back. *Less than 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive 60% of the rental price back. *Less than 4 months before the arrival date, you will receive 70% of the rental price back. *More than 4 months before the arrival date, you will receive the full amount back.
