AFTER CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP BACK IN HOLIDAY RENTAL FROM THE END OF APRIL 2024.
Renovations and refurnishing of the living area will continue until the start of letting. The photos show the current condition. The flat will be even more cosy and comfortable with new furnishings!
In this apartment you will find a living room with dining area, open-plan kitchen and access to the large balcony, 1 daylight bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a single bed. The light-flooded flat is comfortably furnished so that you can feel at home from the very first day of your holiday. SAT-TV, music system, CD radio, books and board games are available for your entertainment. The large roof balcony is furnished with table and chairs during the garden season.
The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, cooking utensils and the necessary small electrical appliances (coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, hand mixer, raclette and fondue machine). We can provide a cot and high chair for you on request.

The holiday flats are in a quiet location directly on the Carolinensiel dyke. The museum harbour with the Sielhafen museum, many attractive shopping facilities, restaurants, tea rooms and cafés are just a few minutes away. The Cliner Quelle spa centre with spa garden, indoor saltwater pool, wellness and sauna area is also within walking distance. There is a food market in the town centre.

At the Carolinchen-Club, the little ones get their money's worth with games, sports and handicrafts. The German Sielhafen Museum with its four houses is located directly around the museum harbour. The former trading port is now a centre for markets, traditional festivals and activities. The paddle steamer "Concordia II" starts its journey on the Harle from here.

The town of Wittmund charges a guest contribution for an attractive holiday. You benefit from offers and services designed to enrich your holiday: free or reduced admission, events, North Sea Service Card, ... GUEST CONTRIBUTION per day: from 16 years 3,00 €, during the additional guest contribution period a reduced guest contribution applies 4-15 year olds € 1.50, exempt during the additional guest contribution period. |
Cancellation terms:
- Bei einer Stornierung hat der Mieter 90 % des vereinbarten Mietpreises (ohne Endreinigung, weitere Leistungen und Gästebeitrag) zu zahlen, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung im gleichen Zeitraum nicht möglich ist. Für den Fall einer anderweitigen Vermietung wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 40 € erhoben. Die Vermieter empfehlen daher rechtzeitig eine Reiserücktritt- / bzw. eine Reisestornoversicherung abzuschließen. Sollte die Vermietung dieser Wohnung im gewählten Reisezeitraum auf Grund eines behördlich angeordneten, generellen Beherbergungsverbots (Epidemie / Pandemie) untersagt sein, erfolgt eine kostenfreie Stornierung.
