The Lütje Huus is located in the transition to Harlesiel in the popular holiday area at the Friedrichsschleuse, in a very beautiful and quiet cul-de-sac location in the Krabbenpadd without through traffic, only 350m from the Haus des Gastes, the promenade, the picturesque museum harbour and the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with 2 sep. cosy bedrooms and is very suitable for 4 persons.
It is laid out with tiles and laminate, as well as equipped with roller shutters, partly also electric.
Distribution:
On the ground floor there is an open living and dining room with kitchenette, a shower room with rain shower and free washing machine. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a 2m double bed (additionally with a 140x70 cot), as well as a second bedroom with two large single beds (no bunk beds !!) and outside there is a 17sqm covered sun-south terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture, a small garden area with a sunbathing lawn, a garden shed for bicycles as well as a car parking space on the property at the end of the garden.
It is possible to bring a pet.
