Outside, the property offers a lovely garden where you can unwind and soak up the sunshine. An outdoor shower provides a refreshing way to cool off after a day at the beach, while the mobile barbecue and sun loungers set the perfect scene for al fresco dining or a well-deserved rest. The house features three porches —one beside the kitchen, another at the entrance, and a rear terrace— all perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean breeze on warm summer afternoons.
Inside, the home is bright and welcoming, arranged conveniently on a single level. The living room, equipped with a television, opens onto the dining area, creating a cosy, open space with direct access to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen, with a ceramic hob, connects to the porch, making outdoor meals effortless. The house includes three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, all featuring wardrobes and fans. There are two bathrooms —one en suite with a bathtub and another with a shower— . Other amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus a cot and highchair for young children. Large windows fill every room with natural light and views of the outdoors, creating a warm and serene atmosphere ideal for family holidays. Situated in a peaceful residential area, in a building with just one neighbour on the upper floor, it beautifully combines traditional village charm with the comfort of a modern, functional home.

Portocolom preserves the essence of an authentic fishing port, with a scenic promenade lined with restaurants, bars, and quaint seaside shops. A few minutes away lie the beaches of Cala Marçal and S’Arenal, perfect for basking in the sun and crystal-clear waters. Location and dealing with the owner
The house is located in a residential area, just a short walk from the supermarket and the beach. It has three real bedrooms, a large living room, and a beautiful terrace for breakfasts. It's an excellent choice for a family or friends' vacation. Just for your information, it's a house but the access is only on the ground floor. The host, Toni, is very nice.
Spacious rooms with private terraces, two bathrooms and outdoor shower, very friendly and helpful landlord who lives on the upper floor, the landlord also has a motorboat that can be rented from him, definitely do it, great trip, the house is located in the center of a street mainly inhabited by locals.
